Amazing
Amazing first time I had been in and the staff that helped me were really kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help out will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend going here if you love al types of anime Pokemon and that type of thing

Great shop for anime merch
Great online shop for anime merch that I can't get or havnt seen elsewhere. They pack everything very well and it arrives really quickly. Definitely recommend

Everything on our website is available in our Birmingham store and is packed by our awesome team every day! Majority of our anime products are imported straight from Japan, like our gachapon, rement and figures ! We do this to provide a range of different products for your favourite shows without the worry of import fees and possible shipping damages!

This is my favorite store! I go there daily to look at what's new and for Death Note merch. The staff are always friendly and the quality of the products are amazing! I'd definitely suggest going here if you love anime!

Met in the busy store today by a kind man asking if we needed any help so nice to be greeted clean store very well managed clear prices stocked well felt very inviting and happy was a warm n cosy store
Met by a younger colleague at the till very pleasant and helpful will be back for a second visit soon

Have ordered online multiple times from the website. Delivery is always fast and all items turn up in great condition. I also love the little thank you post cards they add in too! Would always recommend.

Friendly staff & great customer service
I was helped by a lovely girl called athena, I believe. She was so helpful throughout the time I spent in the shop and so friendly. The interaction I had with her honestly left me with such a positive experience, would go back again for the helpful customer service
