Unfortunately, I can not give a negative score to them as they don't deserve even zero out of five.

Unfortunately, I can not give a negative score to them as they don't deserve even zero out of five. I have never had any luck with on several occasion; their customer service is nothing but a joke. If you get your parcel on time, you are just lucky, because normally you won't get it. There is a mystery group in toll they call them "investigators", they suppose to contact you and follow up on your complaint, guess what they will never contact you. I am not sure how an incompetent company like them survived till today.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This isn't the first time Toll have been a complete let down! The service is slow, unreliable and you get "ZERO" answers when you call for help, which are all handled with associates out of the Phillipines for Australian deliveries. You will be told, every. single. time - 'we will send an email for follow up' - and get no results. I'm still waiting on a priority delivery that I paid in excess of AUD$450 in delivery fees for a package to show no tracking events or updates other than sitting in customs for over a week. If you are looking for a delivery provider - look far and beyond Toll as a solution as they are incompetent and useless!

Words can’t explain how annoying and…

Words can’t explain how annoying and frustrating this company is to deal with
They leave me a “sorry we missed you “ card
So I went online and arranged to collect from a depot in my suburb (which it isn’t)
I was then told that I would have to go to a different depot location which was Rowville (50kms from me )
They said they can’t tell me where to go until my item has been located then I’ll get an sms
No sms received. Checked tracking and it had been delivered to another drop off point so had to go to a servo to collect it?’
No email updates etc
This company are useless

2 experiences in 12 months - no change. Same state delivery and still waiting over 1 week later

Purchased an item from Ebay. Delivery organised on 28/10 and picked up on 28/10 from West Melbourne which is approximately 12km from where it is to be delivered to (Hawthorn).

Today is 6/11/2020 and still no delivery. Says it was scanned into the depot on 29/10 and again on 4/10.
Call customer service and they can't tell me anything aside from the fact they're surprised. I'm not as the same thing happened to me in April where a package 15km away from me was not delivered until many follow ups over 3 weeks later!!! I can only imagine what would happen if this were interstate. This is just 3 packs of 10m rolls of tape so not even a big item.

It is ridiculous - to the point where if a buyer uses TOLL I will be avoiding them going forward (trust me, had I known I would have). The same ebay seller sent me much larger packages via Australia Post which I received in 2 days. I've had many deliveries arrive from Aus Post since then, and even Amazon delivered something the next day despite me ordering on Melbourne Cup day. Only Toll has such poor processes that this can happen.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

From my experience ...

From my experience, 1 star is generous - not much i can add that hasn't already been said - my experience with Toll has led me to the point i will never again purchase from a company that uses Toll as its delivery option

Why is this courier still in business

Why is this courier still in business? They should close down now! If there is a negative 5 star on this i can give that straight away. Items i ordered were not received. They claimed the “receiver” which is myself cancelled the delivery etc. When i did not even get a text nor a call nor anything! I followed up with customer service and they are clueless Bigtime

My experience so far has been AWFUL

My experience so far has been AWFUL. First they delivered but no one was home, so they left a card, and I call and they said they will delivery 9th Oct, and no signature required, but I said I will stay home anyway, So took a day off from
Work. While at home waiting i got an email saying that it may or may not come “today“ and need signature...SO I called and again was told it was on its way, and that now signature was required, then again received an email while I patiently waited and what do you know,They were not delivering that day. Since the 7th October I have no parcel. I have been misinformed Twice and given the run around.The call centre is not even in Australia so they are very unhelpful and dont care and now Im told they have lost the parcel. I paid $350 for a product that they have lost. The customer service is delayed and terrible. Im usually level headed but this has got me so mad

Worst customer service I have ever received.....avoid at all costs!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The courier failed to pick up my parcel. I tried to make contact with their customer services team to follow this up. I made a total of 12 calls without success, the operators have no clue! On the last call the operator sounded like she was in a nightclub. Unbelievable.......avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Toll Group - corporate lying is their normal process

I live in Queensland's outback and needed to get a google phone to Hong Kong. Apparently Toll Group and Expansys have a deal where a broken Google phone in Australia is picked up by Toll and transported to Hong Kong for replacement and return.
On 3 separate occasions, Toll Group Brisbane told the Google support team that they had picked up the item from me, which of course they didn't. Hadn't even tried. So they are liars, they don't tell the truth and their offices don't answer their phones.
They not only lie to their big clients, they also lie to their small customers.
Avoid Toll Group at all costs. They are scum.

Fridge Delivery

Had a fridge delivered from JB HiFi order 2 weeks ago, Toll changed the time of delivery after setting it which was a bit annoying but once the fridge arrived the 2 guys were amazing going above and beyond getting the fridge up the stairs which was not easy. 5 stars for the delivery guys but minus one star for Toll coordination.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.
I bought an item from a Melbourne store and paid extra for the priority deliver service 1 to 2 days in Melbourne.
Item arrived 6 days later after continuos calls and customer service said They will call and keep me up to date.
Nothing no calls.
Delivery driver said they tried delivering on a specific day and time but nobody there was nobody home.
I checked my security cameras and could confirm that no delivery person came at anytime.
Not to mention I had 3 cars in driveway and all family home due to covid lockdown.
Terrible service and total waste of my money and time.
Sadly their bad service unfairly reflected on the store I bought my item from.
I suggested to the store to seriously reconsider using this delivery company.

Unbelievably bad service

What can I say here that has not already been said, in a word PATHETIC. Card left without any attempt at delivery while I was at home, promised redelivery, never happened after several days of trying, call centre personnel often cannot be understood, spoke to supervisors, promises never kept. Gave up trying when they hung up on me!!!
What I cannot understand is that my experience in Japan is one of awe at their efficiency, why have they not brought that ethic to Toll?

TOLL Holdings transport HOPELESS

TOLL lost my parcel and then rescheduled delivery - but DID NOT have any update on their tracking site. So the parcel was not delivered. TOLL then told me it would be delivered on Wed.16th.Sept between 8am and 5pm. I waited around for 9 hours and it still was NOT delivered. Rang and ended up talking to "MJ" (she said that was her name) in Manilla!
Sounded like I was talking to someone down an echoing tunnel. She was absolutely no help. My advice is to avoid TOLL Delivery at all costs.

"Protective shipping" is a joke

So I ordered a new phone online along with "protective shipping" and it was being shipped directly from Hong Kong, all was going well when I was informed that my package had arrived in-country two days later. But then the waiting began, although my package was already in the country, it took 10 days for anything to change on my tracking code, then after that change, the "order has been picked up" occurred I waited another 4 days, something was a bit fishy I still, so I phoned the help centre and they placed a priority endorsement on my parcel and told me the package should arrive in three days at the latest. 3 days past, still nothing, so I phoned the call centre again, I was put on hold as they checked to see what's going on, I was then told that the warehouse after a quick check they couldn't find any traces of my package, so they decided that they would conduct a thorough search of the warehouse and call me back in at most two hours. two hours pass, nothing, so I wait an hour more and then phone back. I was told that the person in charge of finding my package is on break and that the person I was speaking to would put a note on her desk to remind her to call me. four hours pass, nothing. So I phone back again and receive the news that they cannot find any trace of my package and are now conducting a 24-48 hour search of all depots nationwide, to make sure that there have been no mix-ups, but I was also told that "it is highly likely the package has gone missing and if so, we will replace it".
So after paying extra for "protective shipping", for my expensive package, I am told that it is lost, some protection. Toll picked up my package on the 14th of August it is now the 1st of September and I am now informed that the package was lost and they don't know where.

Fake completed delivery and fake…

Fake completed delivery and fake promises. It split my package into two parts and the important one is missing. The deliverymen told me ‘ we couldn’t find that one maybe you need to wait until next Monday’. Not lying Toll is trash

Fake promises

Fake promises, no delivery, fake completed delivery. A simple delivery organised via BIG W for a bike has been met with no service. Considering Police and Media to have Toll charged with Theft.

Delivery sitting in Toll depot for 20…

Delivery sitting in Toll depot for 20 days now. Was supposed to get here on the 11th. Scanned into depot on the 7th and has not moved. No idea when to expect it and can't get any help from call center. Have I just kissed $500 down the drain.

Terrible..

Terrible... just terrible. One load of BS after another for weeks. Finally claiming they tried to Redeliver, when clearly they made zero attempt to as I was home all day, and now I must wait for the item to be located again
