bro literally the worst

bro literally the worst,
You have all these people experiencing such bad ethics with toll, and nothing has changed. Im so embarrassed by how as a company you fail in all aspects of what youse have chosen to operate in, delivery, customer service, etc. So disappointing and sad that nothing can be done on our part as customers, and that so many people have been let down. I just want my package, and so do others, if other delivery companies are able to continue being prompt with their packages and such, I don't understand why toll cannot. I do not know how you haven't been shut down yet, and companies are just letting this happen, and for so long. Please do better, its disgusting.

Absolutely useless service

Absolutely useless service. Got a package imported from Hong Kong. Ordered on the 28th of October, package was swiftly prepared overseas and sent via airplane. Package arrived at Toll Mangere depot on the 4th of November. Package has been sitting at depot since that date. No updates whatsoever. Tried calling through to toll number and always goes through to voicemail, they never pick up over multiple days. How can you be such a big company and never pick up the phone for customers??? Received an automated generic response to emails too with no update on when the package would be shipped. I wish I could give 0 stars to this company because they are an utter embarrassment compared to other shipping companies.

Terrible service! Parcels getting lost, disorganised.

I have had a parcel picked up from Toll 3 weeks ago. I called today and the contact center said - 'it's a mess down there, the managers are trying to sort it out. Packages everywhere and there's no system- they are trying to put one in. They don't know what parcels came in when'. She wasn't able to tell me when I might receive my parcel & 'didn't want to give me any false hope' that I might get it before the beginning of December. I won't order anything if the courier is Toll. I was also advised under Level 3 they are unable to offer pick up (if they happen to find your parcel).

This is frustrating TOLL is worst…

This is frustrating TOLL is worst courier company ever. Haven’t received my Parcel which have arrived in October. Contacted customer service more than 4 times but they couldn’t tell me and answer to when they will deliver only excuse they gave was due to COVID like hello other company’s are going through same but they deliver on time. Customer service team advise to contact the sender for refund or send again like OMG I have that much time to do couriers job. This is my first time dealing with TOLL and probably would be my last as well.

horrible and ridiculous delivery company

horrible and ridiculous company, ask to wait for 3 days and will call back to me update my parcel delivery status. But no call back, until i need to called back myself to Toll and they just told me that they get lost my parcel. What kind of this big delivery company is this? just any how to get lost the customer parcel and no any feedback to customer? Ridiculous!

Worst delivery company in history

The drivers themselves are great, but Toll as a company must be the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I will no longer purchase from any online supplier that uses Toll for deliveries. Parcels late, inaccurate tracking, consignments split over a whole week despite supposedly being in the same depot. Utterly woeful.

The worst delivery company in NZ

The worst delivery company. From lost packages to packages just sitting in their depot for ever. Customer service never know what's going on and won't provide any help. Even their website for tracking is "Not Secure" doesn't even use https. Absolute joke.

Minus 10 stars Said they Attempted…

Minus 10 stars Said they Attempted Delivery but never showed! Contacted Toll told it was a systems error. Given assurance of delivery in 48 hours came and went. Still nothing no reply to emails. Not expecting to receive my delivery. Given what I've read here but would love to be proven wrong. We have 5 parcels delivered on average monthly to my address all others couriers have no trouble . First time with Toll seems they can't even handle a simple delivery.

NEVER USE TOLL

They are unable to estimate a delivery date. Three separate phone enquires regarding status of delivery. Each time was informed someone would contact me to advise. No one contacted me. Made a online enquiry and no reply. Two weeks later and still no delivery and no idea when it will be delivered. The My Toll Tracker is useless/pointless. Will never use Toll again

Where to start…Absolutely terrible…

Update. Over two weeks later. Still not delivered and no one, even Kogan can get an answer from Toll. Kogan have offered to send another but with no priority. I hope they don’t use Toll.

I paid $60 bucks for delivery and somehow the product which was 50km from me is in another state,

Where to start…Absolutely terrible service guaranteed every time.

Goods sit in warehouses less than an hour from me to be delivered whenever Toll bother to get on the road, often weeks. And, when they eventually get close, they leave stuff at the wrong address and disappear. Then impossible to contact.

I have no idea why retailers use Toll only to receive terrible reviews by association. I’m about to give you a bad review because of your association with Toll K*G*N!

Incompetence at its best

My items were collected from Truganina and to be delivered to Brunswick and have been sitting collecting dust at the warehouse for 3 weeks and when I call or email their only excuse is covid-19!
Whenever I talk to the so-called supervisor it's always I will personally call you back but never hear from them.
My organization will N E V E R use toll ever again!

Disgusting customer service.

My Toll states that my packages arrived in Brisbane on the 30/09. I’ve received four texts on different days saying that my packages would be delivered that day between 8am- 6pm. On each occasion the packages were scanned back into the depot between 4:30pm and 5pm. It’s now the 11/10 and once again my packages have been returned to the depot. Complaint made via email and the only feedback I’ve received is that the driver ran out of time.
So frustrating knowing that my packages are sitting in a Brisbane depot and I can’t do anything about getting them.

What happens when the Consignment No. given is written incorrectly?

I received a 'sorry we missed you card' so went to the Toll website to check the Consignment No. and find out where the Toll Collection Point is that I need to go to in order to pick up the parcel. After entering in the Consignment Number, I received an 'Unfortunately we weren't able to find anything in our systems' message. I called Toll and told them my issue. They asked that I give them the Consignment Number. I gave them the Number on the card. The Number had been written in a highly legible way; there was no chance of getting it wrong. The representative also tried with the Consignment Number that I provided - same issue. I then suggested that if I give my address they should be able to look everything up this way. No, I was informed, this cannot be done. What system relies on a HANDWRITTEN Consignment Number, which, as in this case, can be inadvertently mistakenly written? The system they are using is not fit for purpose. Unfortunately, it would appear by the rating, that this is just one of many problems with this delivery service. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

Yet one more unhappy customer

Came here to express my annoyance and surprise! surprise! 96% bad reviews.
At home all morning, next thing I know there's a card in my letterbox saying "attempted delivery". Sure thing, guys! Can't have attempted that hard! Now I'm faced with the inconvenience of travelling to a drop off point to retrieve my parcel. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied.

use less over paid works that need a seeing eye dog to find ther own behind
stop pass the buck and sort the problem ther and then you dont need 48 hours to find two boxes look up what bay the stock is in its not hard and stop blaming covid19 for your problems its any wonder this company is going down hill fast

LAZY DRIVERS

Delivery driver turned up outside and decided that they couldn't be bothered looking for my package in the back and drove off to "come back later" as confirmed by the lady in the office who gave me such an attitude whilst I was on hold. Do not trust this company at all, the drivers are lazy af

Couldn’t be bothered looking for my package in the van

My package said out for delivery in the morning so I waited for my package the whole day expecting to come but it never came and said “delivery attempted” when in fact no courier ever showed up. The next day it said out for delivery again and I saw a courier truck pull into my driveway rummage around for less than a minute in the back of the truck then left without dropping of any package. After calling them almost 6 times today I finally got through. They then got in contact with the courier drive who confirmed that it was him who was at my address and the package was in the truck but they could not find the package in the truck so just left. Absolutely appalling service!!

Unreliable

Unreliable. Doesn’t knock. Just leaves card for you to have to retrieve package from depot. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

VERY unimpressed.

Ordered a fairly expensive package from another town (Tauranaga) in the same country (New Zealand) on the 6/9/2021 and STILL haven't received any update on when my parcel will get to me it is now 22/9/2021 and still nothing, all I've gotten were emails telling me to wait and not giving me any kind of update only until today when I mentioned the fact that I've received many packages from multiple countries during the time its taken for them to update me on anything about mine from the same country! Besides this I've never had a good delivery experience with toll deliveries i am not exaggerating when I say every single delivery person Ive had from toll have been too impatient to wait for someone to get to the door when they knock, numerous instances have happened where a delivery person has walked around my entire property to the back of my house to deliver goods through any slightly open window when I have clearly stated in special instructions to Leave package at the front door. I've been physically frightened by some delivery person yanking open my laundry house door while I was doing some washing I almost hit them with a mop because I was thinking the worst! And the most I got when I filed a complaint was an email that seemed scripted.

Very unimpressed. And have now gotten into the habit of asking business that ship who the company is that they go through because if it's toll, I'm definitely looking elsewhere.
