I’ve been using this site for more years than I can remember, but I've finally had enough and closed my account. I’m fully expecting a generic copy-and-paste reply to this about how "sorry" they are, but the truth is the site has gone completely downhill. The returns are a joke—you’re lucky if you get 10p or 20p back on a 50p or £1 stake. Pair that with a really poor selection of games and constant, misleading promo emails, and it’s just not worth it anymore.
The absolute final straw was the customer service. If you have the misfortune of dealing with Sarah, good luck. She shouldn't be working with the public at all. I’ve never been spoken to like I’m so thick or treated like a child by a company I've given money to for years.
Honestly, save your time and cash. Go to Jackpotjoy or Rainbow Riches instead. They actually have a decent selection of games, better graphics, and you don’t get insulted by the staff or the pathetic payouts.
