Joined tombola they suspended my account account because someone self excluded in the past that lived with me.

I didnt know when i married my wife that self excludes me.

They said because she put money in my bank account and i spent on bingo im facilitating her.
Utter nonsense this is discrimination.

I asked for my money to be returned if they think thats the case they refused.

So they banned me because my wife self excluded herself and then more than happy to keep that money

Clearly contradicts only £40 but really awful they still want to keep the money

It will cosy at least £500 to action a deadlock letter to regulator so we will go that route

I have been playing slots for 3months now . I know my limits i only do 30- 50 per wk . When i win i transfer funds straight away ,& its deposited into my account immediatley. Played a lot of different sites and can say without a doubt that tombola is the most unfair I've played. Yes the Rtp is good but when you are putting in 50p and the return is mostly 10p or 20p in between alot of spins with nothing back you can hardly boast about the highest Rtp. When you do manage to land a bonus you are almost guaranteed that at least 2 - 3 of the free spins will yeild nothing at all. Sometimes 4. And when you do get a hit it's tragic what it gives back. I have won a decent bit but it's very very rare and was around when I made the account, it seems more like a chat room for people who want to boast about winning 2 pound more or less and just want to talk with friends. chat mods are delusional talking about sprinkling fairy dust for players to have more luck on their gambling. All in all the site used to be good but something happened somewhere and now it's somthing that just drains your money. Advice is to find somewhere else or something else

You can check through peoples accounts to see their spending ....not that you are interested in losing a customer but your not seeing my personal details , thank you for your heartfelt and understanding reply to my post, its pretty obvious your not interested ....., it was Been with tombola for over 20 years, always enjoyed this site until recently. They set a limit on my account without notifying me, not that im an excessive gambler, but I enjoy playing once a month for a few days, now this limit has been set ( not just for me, but apparently its been introduced by the government for online gambling)
So today when I couldn't add any money I was restricted so I couldn't play or even play on the free games as tombola have locked me out completely.
I spoke to their online safety team and found it very degrading to be honest, a young woman giving me advice on how to spend my time during the day instead of playing bingo?.... even then I explained that what I do with my time is actually my time to decide what and how I do.
I have back issues so when im not able to walk, I watch a film or play bingo...apparently I should be focusing on other things and not spending a few hours on bingo?.... im 60 years old and I have this young girl giving me advice on how to spend my time... so ive now been locked out of tombola bingo....

Ive also been told to send in my bank statements so tombola bingo can look at my money that comes in and my money that goes out, to see if im legally allowed to have an increase on my spending limit????..... they put a 150 pound limit on my account which I wasnt aware of....I dont spend 150 a month on bingo by the way ....from what the girl was telling me " if you win on bingo weather its 5 pound or 10 pound then take it out...if you dont take it out and just continue to play with your small wins it gets deducted from your 150 limit......none of this was explained to me, until today when I couldn't play...
I won't be giving you my bank statements as thats personal information of what I pay out and what direct debits I have.
You dont need to be asking for personal information regarding looking at personal banking details. Im sure theres other ways of doing this regarding spending limits.
But not to worry if you dont send in your personal banking details and have someone tell you how to spend your days, then you get locked out till they see your personal bank statements.

There is no doubt that Tombola as to be the best online bingo site, its hard to win but compared to other sites there are so many different types of bingo games to suit everyone, i'm a member of another self proclaimed big site (not sure if i'm allowed to say but they are under Broadway Gaming) that shares their few bog standard rooms with over 100 of their linked sister sites yet they can't even get 20 players from those 100 sites in their boring bingo rooms/games. at least Tombola keep the site fresh with new rooms added now and again and making changes regularly to keep the site fresh and appealing.

Absolutely dreadful. I played for arcade - never once won at bingo - always 'one to go'. As if! Arcade games are shocking in payouts now, pennies where it used to be quite decent. Taken over now by jackpot games and you only get a decent return on high stakes.

Dont bother with this .Tombola is not what it used to be , now its all geared to the big spenders and money before long standing customers .
