Lots of shipping trouble & items missing and no help or information provided
Nothing but trouble with items missing, giving the shipping company the wrong information so i couldn’t take delivery for my parcel i had to fix all of this myself and on top of that i had to take an unpaid day of work just to receive it as they put it for pin approval, signature and proof of id delivery. This was for £1000 worth of tools and equipment i would have expected it to be handled better. Overall toolden offer great deals. have a great website and for the items i did receive i am very happy with. however the amount of unnecessary hurdles i had to jump through for this was a joke. i’m sure its a “one off” even though it was with two packages..but i will purchase from you guys and give you the benefit of the doubt however my review and rating is justified.

Poor customer service and return policy
I am very disappointed with the customer service and returns process.
I purchased a MIG welder, but the gas was leaking from the pipe as soon as I received it. I contacted customer service and requested a return, but my first request was rejected. After submitting another request, I was told that Draper would arrange collection of the faulty item.
The parcel was collected last Friday. I clearly explained that I did not want a replacement and that I wanted a full refund. Since the collection, I have received no update and no response to my emails or messages.
The product arrived faulty, and the way my return has been handled has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company unless they improve how they deal with customers and return requests.

Good price for a genuine product .
Ordered a special deal bundle which wasn’t quite the cheapest price but as the other supplier had dubious reviews and Toolden was more positive, we chose Toolden. It was as described exactly, genuine product and arrived sealed and security protected. We were kept informed as to the status of the order. We will use Toolden again.
