Still waiting for my order – very disappointing service
I am very disappointed with the service. My order still has not been delivered, and I have been waiting much longer than expected. There has been very little communication, and I have not received any clear information about when my package will arrive. Customers should not have to chase updates or wait indefinitely. I hope the company improves its delivery service and communication with customers.
