I’m arguing for a full refund
I’m arguing for a full refund for a part I received that did not meet my needs. The picture on their website did not match description. They are trying to charge 15% . I also paid extra for 3 day shipment only to get it 10 days later! This company is horrible. I have yet to receive refunds

Damaged disappointment
I bought the gar bro and had it shipped to Montana where I have a concrete business. When it arrived, the right side corner was bent and both wheels are bent. I spent around 2200 with shipping and it arrived damaged. Very disappointed.

We investigated this issue and it appears that you signed for the package upon delivery which indicates that the package was inspected and accepted in the condition it arrived in. Freight packages that arrive damaged can be refused or you can also sign for the package stating that it was received damaged. Any concealed damage must also be reported within 5 days of initial delivery. As of today we have not received any communication from your end for this order.

Was looking for a specific type of propane torch and found it at Toolfetch. This was my first time buying from them. I had a question about the torch and called them.
A real human being answered…amazing! He knew about the product and answered my question….even more amazing!! Then I had another, sort of off the wall question, and he said he’d find out and call me back that day.
He called me back a couple hours after researching my question…..astounding!!!
BTW, this was a replacement for a torch I already have. This new one uses heavier steel and feels more substantial. It doesn’t have an igniter, but those seem to fail quickly anyway (mine did), so I use the hand igniter for a cutting torch.
Will definitely check with them again when I need tools. Price was fair too; and it arrived on time. Very good buying experience. RC
