After searching around for a few weeks for a Website designer for my company, I was recommended to these guys. I went for an initial meeting with them at a time and day convenient to me. I met with David and he ran through everything required to get a website designed for me and the process and the costings, (which came in well within my budget for a website).
Once we agreed to go ahead, I was then appointed Emily as my website project manager.
Emily was amazing in every aspect of designing and building the website. With constant communication with me via phone calls and emails in regards of my input and any changes I wanted done in the website build. Emily and the team got my website built and launched in the agreed time, which was amazing. And the finished website is brilliant.Exceeding my expectations.

Toolkit Website designers are a small friendly team. This is the second website that they have designed for me. I worked with Emily Sherlock on redesigning my website and logo. My original website was 7 years old and it required significant changes. We worked on the colour theme, logo and the layout of the information. I provided Emily with the text, and she placed it within the website. Emily is easy to work and is a fantastic website designer.

Toolkit handled our website refresh and were excellent - the service was easy, efficient, great value for money and generated an excellent outcome. Really couldn't ask for more!

I have had my website with Toolkit Websites for around 8 years now, and just recently got back in touch for a redesign of my website to ‘bring it into the new age’ if you will.

My initial contact was with Dave, who took a dive into understanding myself and my business and my vision for the redesign of my website.

I was then introduced to Emily who, despite my perfectionism and continuous requests for tweaks to the design, was patient and understanding and helped me get my new website looking and functioning better than I could have ever imagined!

I have since made requests for changes to some of the text and images on my website (where I have struggled as I am not the most tech savvy), by which, via phone call and email, James and Taylor have been a great help, taking no longer than a day or two to have the changes made for me.

I have only have great things to say about the team over at Toolkit - would definitely recommend.

My time with Toolkit started with a phone call to David, the COO. He listened attentively to my needs and wants and knew exactly the kind of website I was after - with my website being very niche, I was impressed at how much knowledge he had about my industry and the questions he asked. I'd never felt more important in an initial phone call before.

I found their prices competitive and cheap and was guided through all of my options and was very clearly told what I'd be getting with each package option.

Once I'd picked the best one for me I was promptly moved on to my Project Manager Emily who I'd give 10 stars if I could. Emily managed me and my project with such care and enthusiasm I could only describe it as world class.

Emily made sure I was put in charge and was an incredible guide for me, she came to me with multiple design options every step of the way and made sure I knew what could be done within the scope of my site.

Everything was completed for me timely and efficiently and I love my website now it's finished, the developers and Emily did an amazing job and the customer service in general is second to none.

I first reached out to Toolkit over three years ago, shortly after founding my company, with the intention of having them design our website. Like many new businesses, the early stages were full of challenges, and with the constant stream of work coming through the door, the website naturally took a back seat.

Over time, I was only able to drip-feed information to the Toolkit team, never quite managing to provide a complete brief. Despite this, they remained patient and professional throughout. It wasn’t until recently that I finally pulled everything together and gave them what they needed to complete the design.

As a perfectionist, I’m very particular about detail and quality, and Emily ensured that every element met the highest standard, right up to the final touches.

The end result is something we’re incredibly proud of—and it stands as the largest investment we’ve made in our business to date.
