Toolkit Websites Reviews

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to David, Emily and the entire team at Took Kit for their outstanding work in developing my business website. From the moment we began this project, they demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Their expertise and dedication made the process smooth, and the end result exceeded all my expectations.

From the initial consultation to the final launch, David, Emily and the team were always available, attentive to my ideas, and provided insightful recommendations that truly elevated the design and functionality of the site. They brought my vision to life in a way I couldn't have imagined, ensuring that every detail reflected my brand's identity and values.

What truly sets Tool Kit’s apart is their passion for their craft and their commitment to delivering excellence. The staff went above and beyond, providing seamless communication throughout the project and making sure every aspect was polished to perfection. Their technical skill is remarkable, and they were always ready to tackle any challenge with creativity and efficiency.

The new website has not only improved our online presence but has also attracted more traffic and inquiries than ever before. It's a testament to their ability to create not just visually appealing websites but also highly functional ones that deliver results.

To David, Emily, James, Evan and the amazing team at Tool Kit, thank you for your hard work, your patience, and your dedication to creating something truly Special. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this project, and I look forward to working with you.

This company migrated all my webmail over two days and never advised my company nor let us know. It’s unbelievable that all my data was nearly lost and the apology was they cannot let all their customers know and sorry if you were missed off list. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Would avoid.

Toolkit were wonderful at supporting our new charity and holding our hand through each development step. Dedicated project manager, quick, efficient and easy to work with.

Toolkit are unlike any other IT-related business that I have dealt with in that they are all very approachable and easy to talk to and get on with, those essential 'human' qualities that need to be part of any business relationship-that meant, from my first meeting with David onwards, I knew I had made the right choice and would be happy with both the ongoing process and the end result...

...I was and I am. Great communication throughout, genuinely two way and a project manager in Emily who worked with me, helping me get what I wanted rather than what they thought I needed.

The finished site is contemporary, eye catching (but not overtly 'busy') and exactly what I'd hoped for. Am highly delighted at how its all turned out, many thanks.

Emily Sherlock, David and Zoe at Toolkit are extremely good at what they do! This is our first website at Alldayjoe.co.uk and it looks superb with a lot of good customer feedback. They are helpful and patient within every step and i thoroughly recommend them whether you are new to website design and set up or not. Thank you to all of you.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Toolkit Websites to develop our business website. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They listened to our vision and helped us bring it to life. The development process was smooth and efficient, and we were kept informed throughout. The result was a website that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Toolkit Websites to anyone looking for a reliable and professional website development company. After having had an extremely bad experience with another website company that we felt damaged our business, it took us some time to move forward with the new site. However, working with Toolkit Websites only served to highlight how professional and reliable they are, especially after the negative experience we had before

So pleased we found you. Thank you for all the hard work to deliver our new website - we are delighted with it. We really enjoyed working with you - the development process was incredibly smooth but also great fun.

I found Toolkit staff members to be professional and friendly. My website looks wonderful and I'm more than happy.

"Excellence " - this is easily the watch word for 'Toolkit'.
Paying attention to the smallest details is an act of service I cannot exaggerate on during the building of my company's website and Mr Andy just nailed it for us with such air of professionality, Good manners and ease. A truly friendly team too but not to be taken for granted. Toolkit just delivers to a high standard which makes me take more than a "Double-look" at my website. I am aways smiling. Thank you for bringing the company to live just seeing the presentation and the painstakingly time you waited to support me through the journey of making my company's logo even the whole project itself. Well done!!! Thank you for your craftsmanship and your prices aren't too bogus considering your time input, calls and work you dedicate to each stages of building my company's website
I am clear, I know that I will be sticking with 'Toolkit ' for my business IT needs covered.

Sincere gratitude here.

Listened and interpreted all our ideas well & implemented design changes efficiently. Has resulted in a website that will be a huge benefit to our business.

I have worked with Toolkit for many years for my business, British Voice Over UK and have always found them to be super helpful and efficient. Tech wizards! For really good website management these are the professionals that you need.

Great company, creative, always at hand to assist, efficient, solution focused. Excellent company and team.

We worked with the Toolkit team for almost 5 months creating a new website from scratch. They were friendly, patient, and listened to exactly what our needs were for the new branding! They really helped our vision come to life and have received a lot of positive feedback since the website launched! In addition, all of the team members we worked with had excellent communication skills and were always responded so quickly! I would highly recommend the Toolkit team for any website services!

From beginning to launch, everything was explained & nothing was too much trouble. My primary contact (the ultra polite & always helpful Andy) was patient, professional, and accommodating throughout. He embraced the branding that I supplied, quickly grasped what I was trying to achieve, and was a real pleasure to work with. If I could award 6 stars (5 for the team & the process & an extra star for Andy), I would.

The cost is also very competitive & I know (because this is my second website with Toolkit) that they are there if I need support at a later stage.

Highly recommend.

very responsive to any queries, and a pleasure to do with business with. Would highly recommend.

Been a Toolkit customer for a good few years now and without fail they have been first class, responsive, helpfull, understanding, dealt with my questions and requests for help, almost immediately, no fuss!! Then when I wanted an upgraded site they helped me through every stage, made it so simple, and so pleased with the end result.

We are really happy with our new website. Andy was helpful and very quick to respond to the changes made.

All the team that I have spoken to have been polite and professional. Would definitely recommend!
