Nearly 3 weeks, ordered not shipped, no reply from support

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, 5 days ago I receive an email that part of my ordered shipped. I contacted them a week ago for an order update via their website, never heard anything back.

** I did finally receive my order, but they never replied to my support request.

These fall off of the batteries

These fall off of the batteries. They were for 18v Makita batteries and they do not fit correctly.

Great experience

Every part that I have ordered has been correct. I wish that they had a way to order a complete section of parts. Not just part by part.
Example, the cylinder section with the spring and bumper and o-rings etc. or the trigger assemblies together.
Other than that Great Experience!

Poor order process, took my money but haven’t delivered.

Never got my order. You charged my credit card the day I placed my order. Never got an order status. Had to contact you to find out it was on back order. You still have my money, but I have no merchandise.
