Ordered 8 days ago still not shipped

Ordered a light stand 8 days ago and it still has not shipped. Ridiculous. Im ordering from acme, maxtool or amazon next time.

I received my package with a sticker on it saying received open with no content. Not saying it's anyone fault. I just received nothing.

SPEED WAS WHAT WAS IMPORTANT

I was quite clear the importance to my household of expediting this order, even if necessary upgrading the shipping. It's been a week, I have a stack of incontinent laundry I can't do because the part is somewhere with the USPS. Perhaps not your fault, but I'm still EXTREMELY upset.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping. Unfortunately the packing wasn't well done. The paper package was ripped open and one of the boxes was crushed and opened. Luckily the items were all loose in the bottom of the package.
