My order for $107 of drill bits was…

My order for $107 of drill bits was never delivered. There is no easy way on your website to interact with customer service to track my order. I would like a refund but I can't find a way on your ecommerce site to begin that process.

I ordered a part

I ordered a part, and paid for 2 Day shipping, the website indicated the part was in-stock and would arrive within 3 days. However, 10 days later I'm still waiting on said part, and was advised this was a part that wasn't stocked despite the website saying it was available. Very misleading and bad business practice. This will be the last time I order from Tool Orbit.

BEWARE OF BAIT & SWITCH!!

BAIT & SWITCH!! Company tried to pull a fast one! Placed an order for DeWalt Razor Snap-Off knives described on their website as "Bulk (6 Pack)". Additionally both the Oder Confirmation and subsequent Shipping Confirmation describe the order as "Bulk (6 Pack)". What I received was an envelope containing a single knife with no explanation or customer communication whatsoever. My online account reflected the "Bulk (6 Pack)"order as fulfilled. Call to Customer Service went to voice mail. Never received a return call. Company response to my subsequent email was fairly prompt Their story was that they only had 1 knife in stock and would forward the remaining knives when received from their supplier. No response to why the online description indicates the product was a "Bulk (6 pack)", no explanation why the product was shown as in stock, no explanation why they failed to notify me that the order was incomplete. The company also claimed they had no idea when the remaining items would be back in stock. After 3 email exchanges getting nowhere, I asked for a refund, which was approved, However, not before the pro rata cost of the single item I did receive was deducted. This despite the fact that given the time and hassle involved, a full refund was expected. This is a deceptive company that clearly does not have ethics, customer care, or customer retention as business priorities. i will never attempt to buy anything from them again.

Stay far away! Do not order anything!

Absolutely the WORST company to do business with! Order a tool on April 23. ZERO communication received for status. I contacted them and was told they had to special order it and it would take another 2-3 days. Ummm.....NO! I said cancel my order as it was not received in the 7-10 days as stated when I placed my order. They said I would be charged a 25% restocking fee! Are you kidding me? I immediately contacted my credit card to file a dispute and next is the BBB. After calling and emailing this crappy business 6 times, they still proceeded to ship my item tonight May 6! Worthless people who don't listen to their customers! No wonder the USA is floundering! They are out for the almighty dollar and DO NOT LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!!!

I placed an order on the weekend

I placed an order on the weekend. I understand that you aren't open but I figured the order would process on Monday. You sent me confirmation of the order with the incorrect order number on it. ( the last two numbers were transposed) I paid extra money for faster shipping. I was incorrect when I thought the order would process on Monday. You did nothing with it until Tuesday the 24th of October. It wasn't shipped until Thursday the 26th of October. I was informed that it would arrive on Saturday the 28th of October. It didn't. It arrived on Monday the 30th of October. I am wondering why I paid for faster shipping when I received the package 11 days after it was ordered and your website stated 3-5 days. My first order arrived 4 days after I ordered it with no extra shipping paid for. Your expedited shipping isn't expedited at all.
