Dont use this company. Advertised a product it didn't have a 2 frame honey extraoter and then tried to over charge me for the 3 frame replacement. Very unsatisfactory service.
“WARNING” BEWARE
“WARNING” BEWARE. Do not buy from Tools Plus. My **** *** ** fence was delivered damaged, looked as if it was a used and a returned fence. Slide was rusted and pitted. Head unit was scored. Parts were missing. They wanted me to send it back that would take at least 2-4 weeks for a return, would shut down my shop or would have to spend hours reassembling old fence and outfeed table. Tools Plus offer $50 refund on my $500 purchase for a used fence. Tool-plus-outlet also tried to tell me at the beginning my problem was with Vega Inc. Vega sent out new head and slide last week but I am still missing head spacers. Tool-plus-outlet know nothing about when or if I will receive the missing parts. I had to contact Vega to get my parts. Found dishonesty with communications with Tools Plus They don't even deserve 1 star
Dishonest and Dodgy
They had a tool advertised on gumtree for $179 and when I went to buy they told me to go to the website and pay $250. They said come pick up and when I said can I pick up for $179 as that is the price you have on gumtree, they didn’t answer back and after messaging them so many times they said, were sold out. But it’s still available online. What a load, very dodgy, not honest people, stay away.

Great Products and Service!
I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Terri, the store manager at Tools-Plus in Waterbury. She was so helpful and kind. The store is very organized and prices are much better than the big tool stores in the area. Often the "smaller" stores have the best service, like Tools-Plus! I highly recommend Tools-Plus for all hardware purchases! Great store!

And don't punish the customer for an issue on YOUR end by making them replace an order for the same items SEPARATELY, AFTER they get a refund. Was a little skeptical placing an order with this company as I'd never heard of them or ordered from them before. Bought a Dewalt 20V chainsaw. Got exactly what I expected with no issues.

Customer Service meets Expectation
I had originally given an unfavorable review due to great difficulty in purchasing and shipping to a different address. The were quick to respond and found an alternative resolution to allow our order to process. For this reason I am changing my 1 start review to a 4 star review.

Tools plus shipped the tool anyway and now want a return shipping fee on the item. How hard is it to return a phone call or respond to an email?
1st email went out Wed, May 1, 2:33 AM ... 2nd follow up email was on Wed, May 1, 4:33 PM. Like I said, checking your email isn't hard.
