Terrible service, ordered item with express post, even sent a msg that I'm urgently in need of item, 5 days later decide to cancel my order when I should have already had it. Refuuses to post to my area but happy to take my money and make me wait 5 days! Crap

Demanding I organise and pay for return

Won’t return emails or calls,
Don’t fall into the cheap prices

Dont use this company. Advertised a product it didn't have a 2 frame honey extraoter and then tried to over charge me for the 3 frame replacement. Very unsatisfactory service.

“WARNING” BEWARE. Do not buy from Tools Plus. My **** *** ** fence was delivered damaged, looked as if it was a used and a returned fence. Slide was rusted and pitted. Head unit was scored. Parts were missing. They wanted me to send it back that would take at least 2-4 weeks for a return, would shut down my shop or would have to spend hours reassembling old fence and outfeed table. Tools Plus offer $50 refund on my $500 purchase for a used fence. Tool-plus-outlet also tried to tell me at the beginning my problem was with Vega Inc. Vega sent out new head and slide last week but I am still missing head spacers. Tool-plus-outlet know nothing about when or if I will receive the missing parts. I had to contact Vega to get my parts. Found dishonesty with communications with Tools Plus They don't even deserve 1 star

They had a tool advertised on gumtree for $179 and when I went to buy they told me to go to the website and pay $250. They said come pick up and when I said can I pick up for $179 as that is the price you have on gumtree, they didn’t answer back and after messaging them so many times they said, were sold out. But it’s still available online. What a load, very dodgy, not honest people, stay away.

Sent me bait click emails to complete my purchase then charged my card 3x the advertised price. I spent days stressed with no response back from this company. Beware.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Terri, the store manager at Tools-Plus in Waterbury. She was so helpful and kind. The store is very organized and prices are much better than the big tool stores in the area. Often the "smaller" stores have the best service, like Tools-Plus! I highly recommend Tools-Plus for all hardware purchases! Great store!

Seamless order and Suoer Fast Shipping. Product was new. Double boxes. Impressed with this company. So many online orders go wrong now, Tools Plus was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service and business practices!!! IF DONT HAVE AN ITEM IN STOCK, DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO ORDER IT AS IN STOCK!!!!! Computer and site issues are not on the customer! And don't punish the customer for an issue on YOUR end by making them replace an order for the same items SEPARATELY, AFTER they get a refund. Great way to treat a new customer, will be taking my business elsewhere.

They did 200 bandos kills for me on my ironman because i suck and we got bandos chest plate and hilt! will definately be back for more kc!! also bought 200m gold on cashapp was fast ty Dante and zapdos service

Was a little skeptical placing an order with this company as I'd never heard of them or ordered from them before. Bought a Dewalt 20V chainsaw. Got exactly what I expected with no issues.

Why have a product for sale on the website that is not stocked, or at least labeled backordered..?
Poor transparency.

I never had a bad experience with them. Always helped me with whatever I needed.

I had originally given an unfavorable review due to great difficulty in purchasing and shipping to a different address. The were quick to respond and found an alternative resolution to allow our order to process. For this reason I am changing my 1 start review to a 4 star review.

I ordered a circular saw and then found a lower price with faster FREE shipping. I contacted this company twice by email and also left a voicemail cancelling the order prior to shipment.

Tools plus shipped the tool anyway and now want a return shipping fee on the item. How hard is it to return a phone call or respond to an email?

1st email went out Wed, May 1, 2:33 AM ... 2nd follow up email was on Wed, May 1, 4:33 PM. Like I said, checking your email isn't hard.
