AVOID, scam, you can order, you can pay....but you won't get the goods. Wish I'd checked out Trustpilot first........

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. So extremely rude and are happy to be so.
Avoid at all costs.

Terrible slow at shipping presume my package is being delivered on foot by 80 plus year old man who sleep for 22 of those hours

Appalled with this company. I bought a 2lb brass mallet. The head came straight off the shaft mid stamping a one off vintage piece. The metal on the shaft was also peeling extensively after minimal use - causing cuts & my hand to bleed each time I used the hammer.
The seller was unwilling to help or rectify this issue other than apologise for the inconvenience!
I have now asked the advice of trading standards. I’ve never experienced a company like it.

Had you read my emails properly you’d note the hammer has not been used for a year. A ‘heavy duty 2lb mallet’ cannot be expected to last only 30 days in line with your ‘policy’. This product has had limited use, is not fit for purpose & could’ve caused serious damage to someone in the vicinity of the head flying the way it did. Happy to publish the whole of our communication for anyone reading this to decide who is ‘rude and ignorant’. You only have to look at other reviews across different platforms to see the reoccurring difficulties people are having with your products & company.

*Editing my review again Tools N Tools because as many people as possible deserve to know what kind of company they’re dealing with. It is a £20 hammer at the end of the day, apparently you need this £20 more than I do because judging by your entirely poor reputation online, the better option for you would have been to simply refund the multiple customers complaining about not only your company but you personally.
My reviews are intended to warn as many people as possible to research your company before purchasing anything at all from you. Please read this company’s Google reviews, it is repeated & very similar complaints dating back years + this company is also something to do with NTools - who have scammed multiple customers out of hundreds at a time seemingly for power tools that have never arrived. Despite their repeated denial - the exact same registered business address surely can’t be a coincidence!? I only wish I’d researched Tools N Tools & see their repeated poor reviews before I bought anything from them.

I stupidly ordered a DeWalt hedge trimmer and a Bosch reciprocating saw from them without checking reviews as I was in a hurry, nearly 3 weeks has gone by and no delivery, no response to emails and phone just ring's out ! So hoping Bank will pay back money I have lost hundreds of pounds but debit card so they might not. I will keep trying SO unless you want stress and loss of money DON'T BUY from them

Scam site, all email automated, but no delivery, telephone numbers don't work, website now down.

It seemed like a legit website with accounts setup and invoices sent but after a hunch I did some research and now it’s just not there anymore and when I called the telephone number I got some poor woman who works for a dental supply company and she told me she is getting quite a few calls

Scam site. I purchased several hi-end power tools and received nothing. Phone number comes up as scam and the company registered address is a domestic house in Birmingham. £647.00 spent. now in the hands of Mastercard.

The only reason that I gave then one star, was so that I could write this review.

Having now read so many reviews on Trust pilot that they are a scam site. I am surprised that Google allow them to use their services?

I ordered a makita drill if was a fake website using ntools info , the lady explained this to me politely, I'm sure she & the company are as upset about this as I and everyone else is.
It's a shame for the real company ( search more online uou will see how many have fallen for this in last month )

Paid and ordered for something hasn’t turned up and the phone number doesn’t work . Complete scam

Ordered dewalt tools from Ntools.co.uk.

Never received the item, never reply to any coms.

It’s a scam, they have taken 150£ but hopefully bank will take it back!

Do not buy anything fro NTools UK or their associated company. The company is registered in Birmingham but does not appear to have a warehouse etc. They are a complete scam and you will never receive the items you bought and paid for despite what they tell you.

This company are connected to ntools who have taken £459 out of my account and not delivered my saw the nationwide account give me a number related to the account and it called them do not order anything

There is Cooksons, Durston tools and other trustable companies which you can use for your shopping!

Avoid this company if you DO NOT want to pay for items and never recieve them!

I ordered from this company via Amazon. Despite being only 13 miles from me, they failed to deliver my order or respond to any emails. Clearly a company that considers they are doing their customers a favour.
Definitely not recommended.
