Horrible customer service!!

Horrible customer service!!
I never received a tracking number.
The item was supposed to ship with in 48 hrs.
I called many times and l left 2 messages. I never received a call back.
After I emailed to cancel my order I was told they could not because it has already shipped. I will never buy anything from this company again!

Shipping FAILURE!

Placed order Thursday morning And paid for overnight air shipment but won't receive the order until Monday! It's Friday late afternoon and UPS does not even have it yet!

Terrible attitude to customer service &…

Terrible attitude to customer service & terrible communication.
I run a business and wanted to buy a bulk-quantity of a particular item, shipped to England. Over a two week period, I filled in the contact form on their website 3 times and got absolutely no response. I then tried an email, referring to my previous enquiries. Someone called eventually replied (without any apology) and gave the excuse that I had sent my 4th attempt at communication 90 minutes before their opening time! Instead of bothering to look at any of my contact-form enquiries, he asked for the part number again. I gave him the part number and quantity and, for the 4th time, asked for a shipped price. Aspen replied with only a lead time. I asked again and he replied with just: "Where will these be shipped?", (despite already having this information), shortly followed by another email saying that they only ship within the US. I asked whether they could ship to my friend in the US. Aspen's reply actually seemed positive!: He said he would get back to me with a price. I replied: "Great. Thank you".
Months passed. I sent reminder emails. No replies.
More months passed. More reminders sent. Still no replies.
Eventually after 20 months, Aspen finally replied, saying that they were currently not shipping items and unable to provide pricing information, plus: "Please let us know if you need any additional assistance. Thank you and have a great day".
This was followed by an invitation to leave a Trustpilot review, so here it is.

I bought my tool on October 8th itd…

Even though they didnt pick up bc of being busy from what the phone said I payed the 8th and got my tool 6 days later and great customer service.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Your website showed an item for $384 and $21.00 for 2 day shipping. 4 days later when I asked where my item was I was told I paid for regular shipping (which wasn't even an option) and was told the price of the part was wrong on the website, it was actually $530. Big difference and you won't honor the price that was on the website. Not my fault and I already quoted it to my customer. Last time I'll "try" and buy from you!

Follow up!

I started this on 9 Jan 25
When I called, the first person was good to get me to someone who knows the power push product line.
This person was great to deal with.
How ever, I was apparently sent an Email to confirm shipping charges.
I still haven't received this email. Not in any folder.
I did follow up with a phone call and found out about the shipping charges.
I emailed today and got a response in about an hour.
Hopefully will ship today!
This is a great Product !

I received a quick and courteous reply when I explained that I hadn't received the item that I ordered back in November. They said that the item was on back order and is supposed to ship in January, so no problem.

“Usually In Stock” = “Not In Stock”

Placed an order for six tools, all of which showed “Usually In Stock” on Tool Source’s website. A couple days after placing the order, I was advised NONE of the tools are in-stock, and in fact, are on a muti-week backorder. Tool source charged my credit-card despite not having any of the tools in-stock, which I feel is a poor business practice.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. “Usually In Stock” reflects items that are regularly available from our suppliers, but in rare cases, availability can change between order placement and fulfillment—especially when multiple tools are ordered at once. When that happens, we reach out quickly to provide updates and options.
Our system processes payments at the time of order to secure the transaction and begin fulfillment, but we never intend to charge for items we can’t deliver. We understand how disappointing it is to learn about a backorder after placing an order, and we’re working to improve how we communicate stock status more clearly on our site.

BEST Customer Service!

BEST Customer Service! They pickup the phone, real people. My package was lost and they credited me right away vs dealing with UPS for a week going nowhere. Have bought products hete before. Keep shopping here!

You're absolutely right to expect accurate availability when placing an order, and we regret that the “Usually In Stock” label didn’t reflect the actual status of those items. Because we work with tens of thousands of manufacturer-direct products, we don’t receive real-time inventory updates from many suppliers. That’s a limitation we’re actively working to improve, but in this case, it clearly caused confusion and inconvenience.
Regarding the charge: our system processes payments at the time of order to secure the transaction and initiate fulfillment. That said, we recognize how disappointing it is to be charged for items that turn out to be backordered. We’re reviewing how we communicate stock status and payment timing to make this clearer going forward.
