I DID ORDER RATCHET REPAIR PARTS FROM…

I DID ORDER RATCHET REPAIR PARTS FROM THE WEBSITE AS PRODUCT PICTURES SHOWED AND RECEIVED THE WRONG PARTS BUT MATCHING PART NUMBERS. EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY RESPOND AS BELW

"Our pictures are just for reference, does not mean its the actual picture of the item.."

"The warehouse is informing me that you did receive the correct item, it just will not look the same as the picture we have on the site as the photo is just for reference only. Thank you"

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE POINT OF DISPLAYING THE PRODUCT PICTURE IF THAT IS NOT THE SAME AS ACTUAL ITEMS.

THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ME PROPER WAY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BUT EXCUSE.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND BATER CHECK THE ITEM TRIPLE TIMES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Poor Customer service

Placed an order on 8/22 (paid in full) confirmation email received. I contacted customer service on 8/28 because I haven’t received shipping confirmation or another word from “ToolSource” Customer service said, “I just called the warehouse about your order, I will get back with you and let you know.” (Like this happened magically before I called) I was hoping to get this before the holiday weekend. Received email on Friday 8/30 informing me the part was not available until mid December, I could wait or contact customer service. I waited until after the holiday weekend and contacted customer service Tuesday 9/3 and canceled the order and requested a refund. I expected a couple of days, I contacted customer service again on Monday, 9/9 to see if she had processed my refund. I received an email on Tuesday, 9/10 stating the warehouse never informed them the order was canceled.

Shipping is excessive for a small part

Shipping is excessive for a small part, 3/8" drive x 1/2" socket at ~$3.00 for the part whereas the shipping is a minimum of $14.95. Otherwise a great resource for tools!

I ordered blades

I ordered blades. And if it weren’t for me inquiring about a tracking #, I would of never found out this is on back order until mid July. This is a total joke !

They are not refunding me what I paid

They are not refunding me what I paid. "I did not pay $79.70. I paid $95.65." I also called the number they provided multiple times and they never seem to answer the calls.

Found Lost order

Aspen, who let me chew on her ear gripping about not receiving my order, tracked it down and it was at my door two days later.
The GM steering column tool I got took ALL the aggravation out of the job and am considering buying more just to keep in the tool box

Website check out process too difficult…

Website check out process too difficult said my payment card info wasn't correct when it was as well as my billing and shipping address. Had to use Paypal just to get the order placed in a timely manner.

Brutal operation/Beware

Brutal operation. Paid for and waited four months for a tool before finally giving up and cancelling the order.
Beware, you have been warned.

It appeared more like you didn't want to honour the price you had posted.
You quickly posted a new and much more expensive price immediately after the order was cancelled.

I was able to immediately obtain the wrench at a better price than your original price from a much more reputable organization than ToolSource.
