Livraison tardive.
Livraison tardive. They responded to my complaint by saying that the 48 to 72 delivery was not guaranteed, but they still do not give me a delivery date. This was very bad service and I was left with no information.

Delivery took 10days
Delivery took 10days - not 48 hours - and was damaged. For some reason they sent it via Heppner instead of Colissimo despite it being a small package.
They then refused to send the replacement on their advertised 48 hour service. I've used Toolstation for years in the UK and France and never had such bad service. I got a refund and they lost a customer.

Unlike the local shops, TOOLSTATION apparently keeps their stock updated! Ordering was transparent and easy, and there are various options for payment, including PayPal. I received my order on the following day!
