The service was excellent, however as this was a mail order i am unable to to review any of you locations as there is not one close enough, only the mail order option.

Cancelled my order despite receiving payment
Ordered a black and decker hedge trimmer from toolstation online. It did not arrive. On checking my account I discovered that the order had been cancelled despite the fact that I had paid for it. When I queried I was told the order had not met their security check and that I would have to go to a shop to get a refund and that they cannot refund the money to the account that the money came from. I was also advised that they would not reimburse my fuel cost.
I did not receive an email advising of the cancellation or a reason for the cancellation. A weird concept of customer service
