Item late, promised 2 day delivery, item late, ive suffered consequential losses, wont offer me anything to cover this. Their terms say they don't do this for items outside their control, thats fine, however, their choice in courier and supplier is in their control. The law is clear on the consumer rights act, they are choosing to block my statutory rights. Steer clear.

Total con. They advertise 10% discount on your first app order. But if you cancel it and try to change it they remove the discount. Contacted customer services via the useless chat bot. They don't give you a chance to type. They just keep closing the chat before you have typed a reply. Customer service is non existent. Ill stick with Screwfix.

Friendly Quick staff, great price quality and a system that works

Excellent service of person at the counter. Took time to show me options on what I bought which I think was good, and advised me on other tools I want to buy later. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

The service at Toolstation is good. The products are good and returning things is very easy.

Last week I was delivered a wrong item by Fast track ( Toolstation ) ( was deiveeed toothbrush charger instead of shaver light )
Sent them email asking for assistance - no reply
Trying to get hold of via Chat us - but still wasn’t connected to any adviser ( Chat bot is useless )
Phone call - I was placed 12th in the queue this morning and call failing for last few attempts - just wondering whether this is done intentionally so customers can not sort out any issues with Toolstation ?!
Really disappointed.

Will never use Toolstation again. Never had a problem with collecting from the stores but ordered some flooring materials online through them. Was supposed to take 4 days but still hadn't arrived after 10 days. Contacted customer services by phone, online chat and email. They literally weren't interested and were no help whatsoever. Absolute disgrace.

The employee was excellent and polite, and he spent a lot of time with me and gave me good advice on purchasing materials.

Great service. Amazing price. Huge variety of products

I recently ordered a couple of items from toolstation and ordered them by delivery which is stated next day delivery if ordered by 9 pm. The order did not arrive next and got sent to someone else. I then rang customer service which said, they would reorder my items. I thought ok that's alright I then received an email saying that they had refunded me not reordered needless to say I will not be using toolstation delivery again.
