Ralph contacted me the day before I was due to take my car in to check times with me. We arranged that the vehicle would be completed by 2.00 o'clock and it was just after 11.00 when Ralph called me saying I needed a new front bulb which had shown up on tbe FREE health check. I gave the go ahead for this to be done and collected my car before 1.00 o'clock. Gio was also on hand when I'd left my phone in the car. He went to retrieve it for me and made sure I had a hot drink. All in all I cannot fault the service I was given especially in view of the fact my car was there on a recall and I had no costs to pay apart from the bulb. Well done Toomey Basildon. Your Southend Branch could take a lesson from you.

Amazing experience this morning. Lovely lady checked my car in, explained everything thoroughly and efficiently. When my car was ready, again explained everything and answered queries I had. I will definitely be back

We have purchased a car from Toomeys Basildon which was a very enjoyable experience. David Reed helped us make our decision. He took his time in explaining about the car and was very helpful and polite. This is the second time we have brought a car from this dealership and would recommend them.
We had a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. Great Service.

Terrible communication at all levels. My car developed Intermittent faults with Lane Assist and Cruise Control, Front Collision Mitigation system etc within two weeks of having it. The car has now gone back for a fourth time. I'm at the point now where I want to reject the car as it has this continued ongoing issue. Toomey's were unable at first to detect the problem on the first three trips back to them. Only now, on its fourth trip to the repair shop have they recognized that there is a problem. On top of this, the communication, or should I say the lack of communication from Toomey's adds further to the frustration. Wish I'd had gone to Fords or other dealerships in the area. Not happy with Toomey's at all I must say!!

We brought our car from Toomey Motor Group jut over 2 years ago and we have always had the MOT and service done by them with no problem. This we put it in for a service and MOT 2 days before our holiday and was surprised to be to be told that the MOT has failed and the repair would cost us over £1700.00. However what was wrong with the car should have been picked up from the last MOT but it was not. They told us that we could have a payment plan but the part may not be available for days or weeks which meant we could not have a car. We was not offered a car,my husband had to come out of work and then walk back to work which took him 40 minutes. We said that we needed the car for our holiday so we asked for the car back and my husband had to walk back to pick it up. When he got there he paid for the service but they didn’t even clean the car like they normally do. However the worst part is that when we did get it MOT it passed with nothing wrong with it. Toomey I will never trust you again.
