I have reorder the same sunglasses 3 times and another pair 1 time. They are amazing quality and look great.
I only have to reorder because I lost them and gave one pair to a friend. I highly recommend TOP FOX!!!!!

I got a pair of aviators after I saw an ad on Facebook and they did not disappoint! Love the design, really good quality. They don’t rip my hair out cos of the nosepaid design. Planning to get more!

Update 14 Sept 22: I have received a full refund through the same way I had originally paid for the item. They did ask if I wanted the item to be re-shipped, but I declined due to the bad customer service and experience received. Happy with the refund without any further issues but the service I experienced was terrible and has left a sour taste in my mouth after that ordeal.

Placed an order 30 July, was told that it's been shipped. Received a notification that my order has been delivered on the 10 August. Checked tracking as I didn't receive my order and it states that it was picked up by an individual in New Jersey, I live in New Zealand!

Emailed Top Foxx, they told me to wait for a week and that they are unable to track it, I waited two weeks and still nothing not even a courtesy email from them. I followed what was on their faq on their website about 'if my order never arrived' and tried to contact USPS but I am unable to lodge a claim as the tracking number is complete and they cannot do anything as it's been signed by an individual in New Jersey. Top Foxx cannot even give the details of the individual carrier that picked it up in New Jersey, they told me to wait a week so they know that this is their normal process for them. I emailed Top Foxx again and no response at all via email or facebook messenger. I will be laying a complaint to the Bureau of Consumer Laws and Protection within 5 days if I don't receive a full refund as it is fraudulent what they're doing. I suggest people who have been scammed by them to do the same. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I've ordered three products from US companies within the last 2-3 weeks with no problem at all, I could track it and they have all been delivered without any problems.

Hey I ordered Tee shirts from Fresh Clean Tees on Instagram and 68 dollars was charged to my account on 18 July from this comapny. Here it is 28 Aug and still have no tee shirts. Why does Instagram support these ripoff fraudsters.

Well should have listened to the reviews.....8 days a shipping label created in my own state no less....oooo your item has shipped emails guess what still 8 days later nothing label still created and sitting in Carteret. Paid extra for expedite.....they have no problem taking my money immediately but supply order ummmmmm that would mean actually doing something.....fake, fraudulent company...."oh we are a woman owned" blah blah well I own a company and I am a woman and quite frankly TopFoxx is an embarrassment to our community and may want to reconsider their boasting of woman owned.....your sending out a very bad image.....

I have placed an urgent order for glasses, money has come out of my account with no trouble at all, no confirmation email received of the order, thankfully I took a screen grab at the time. No reply so far to my message on the website as to when they will be sent.

A friend of mine recommended me to check their sunglasses... what a pleasant surprise! The difficult part was trying to choose one ( I ended buying three lol).
I receive a lot of compliments every time I use one of my glasses :)
The delivery was faster than expected. I also love that they are very conscious about the environment, I just became a fan of this company. Totally recommend it!! 100%

I highly recommend this site! For someone who loves quality and style I found these prices very reasonable! This is good for me since I’ve been known to loose very expensive eyeglasses and sunshades. Check out their chain strap eyeglass holder , I’ve been looking everywhere for a more secure and stylish one and theirs seem to be the best so far! I’m constantly receiving compliments on their glasses… very good service too….

I have made multiple purchases and have always been very happy with the items. I was ordering a pair of sunnies a couple of days ago and I went to type in a discount code but accidentally hit the buy button instead. I emailed about it and my customer service rep (Teresa Octavo) was so helpful, she went above and beyond to help me, giving me a refund for the amount of the discount code as well as being so nice and answering any questions I had. She immediately let me know that the sunnies I ordered were on back order and they did not know when they would be available so she offered to change my order from the Megan 2 sunnies (narrow version) to the originals and I happily took that offer. One of the best experiences I've had with a customer service rep! I was so happy, I went and bought another pair of sunnies that same day! 😊

I had just ordered two pair of glasses. I asked that the company honor a B2G1 coupon I got after the fact instead of the ones I used...but the sales person refused. I understand things like this happen, just a bummer since I ordered within days of receiving the coupon and had already ordered two pair so I would of qualified for the free pair...

Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses, and will definitely be back to order more. Shipped faster then expected and arrived exactly as pictured! Ive gotten so many compliments on both pairs! Would definitely recommend!!!!

I wish I had listened to the bad reviews here. Their shipping speed is decent but that is my only positive feedback. Their return policy is absolutely horrible. They state that only full priced items can be returned, and I purchased a full price item but used a coupon code. Apparently this counted as a sale item-which means nothing purchased using that coupon code could be returned. I feel misled like it was a bait and switch. They also make returns difficult as you need to include an invoice in the package but they do not send you one in your package so you have to print one out. I do not recommend purchasing from TopFoxx even if their designs are cute because if you get a pair that doesn't fit you, it will be REALLY hard to get your money back. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service but if they refuse to refund me I will be filing a dispute with my CC company.

Update: CS got back to me and granted me a one time refund on this order. I do appreciate that but am still not satisfied with this refund policy-I do have to eat the cost of shipping the pair back. I will not order from them again.

update again: TopFoxx flagged my review as suspicious, forcing me to provide proof of my purchase and interaction with them within three days or my review would be taken down. This is after I already provided additional information to them like my full name and order number so they could verify my purchase. I think this is just a scummy and cheap tactic to take down negative reviews. Well, sucks for you topfoxx, because I sent in my proof and got my review verified. This further cements my point that they’re a shady company and don’t deserve your business.

They have unique styles, and the best community. I love my sunglasses and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Very impressed. They are a nice quality sunglass for the price. They also fit well and have great styles.
