I recently visited the Topps Tiles branch in Durham and received excellent service. Becca couldn't be more helpful in helping us choose the perfect tiles for our living room and also our bathroom. She was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to all of our requirements. She was patient throughout the process and showed us a large range of samples to ensure we were happy with our choice. Her expertise made the entire experience much smoother. I would highly recommend visiting this store for any tiling projects.

AMAZING! I would one hundred percent recommend going to topps tiles Chippenham. If you need help I would recommend Daniel,he is very helpful! He helped me find the tiles I needed for my bathroom! Amazing everything there!

I walked into the Penzance store and was greated with a very helpful assistant James. He was fabulous, offering his expert opinion and knowledge on matching tiles and layout. I never considered the grout lines on the floor to wall. He certainly gave me some useful advice without being pushy. He is a credit to the store and will certainly be returning.

Gabriel the manager at Tower park branch Poole was courteous, and extremely helpful.
We visited quite a few times before we chose our tiles. He was very patient too.

Very poor return policy for unused tiles.
Would not recommend Topps Tiles if you do not envisage completing your tiling job within the ludicrously short returns policy.
I can understand a returns policy where you buy the wrong tiles but to get hold of a tiler in a 30 day time period for a complex project and getting your tile delivery to perfectly line up with your trades team is a challenge.
The Topps Tile policy fuels the land fill throw away culture and does not promote green recycling policies. The only benefit of this poor policy will be the future archeologists! Great tiles though!

Popped in to Topps Tiles Harrogate yesterday with the intention to browse .
We have recently moved house and have 3 bathrooms to renovate . The choice of tiles was vast , with quality and prices to suit all . The overwhelming success of the day was meeting Robin . His knowledge and flair for colour , textures and finishes ( trims and grouts ) was outstanding . We left with choices made for all three rooms , samples to take home , notes Robin had made throughout our visit on everything we had shown an interest in , incase we needed to revisit .
A very big thank you Robin . We will be back shortly with our measurement , you have definitely made a sale !

Friendly Staff, Jason was extremely helpful. He helped us choose the right tiles. Calculated how many and how much adhesive and grout required. They had the tiles available in store.So he helped load the items into my car.

Visited Again in hillington Glasgow , we were looking for wall tiles to match floor tiles. We were served by a pleasant girl called Jade. She was very professional, gave us tile to take home to try. She also advised that if we decided to buy the tiles, that we should get refund for the sample tile first. then order the amount we need as they would all be the same number and colour, We then needed trim and grout, we found exact colour we wanted for trim and she gave colour chart to pick grout. this really helped me choose as i wasn’t aware there were so many different coloured grout. What I really liked , she never rushed us in choosing , and explained measurements to me which again, really helped me. Because of this, we went back and ordered the tiles and grout which she helped us with . It was so nice to deal with someone who took the time to show us exactly what we needed without rushing us. I would like to thank Jade for her patience and pleasant manner. I hope it is Jade who hellos us next time we visit tops tikes. Thank u again. jude n Willie

TOPPS TILES IN WORCESTER
Absolutely fantastic staff extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave us good guidance on all the products.

Used the Eastbourne branch, only for a relatively small purchase. Gemma went out of her way to help even finding an item that would normally need ordering in the storeroom. However the colour was too dark so i returned it and she ordered the right colour and said it will be in store on a specific day the following week. Received a text and phone call the following week, on the expected day, to tell me the items had arrived at store and were ready to collect. They were just what i needed. Despite the order being small Gemma was professional, efficient and customer friendly, something sadly lacking in many other stores these days.

We bought LVT flooring from Topps Tiles for our main bathroom and ensuite. After a while, the top layer of one tile in each bathroom started to peel off. The man from the branch came to have a look and said it was weird and there was nothing wrong with the fitting. Topps Tiles do not take responsibility for their poor quality products. I would avoid in future and go to a proper flooring place. Customer service is very poor!

I bought tiles and adhesives from Topps Tiles Worcester, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful - they were great! I would definitely recommend Topps Tiles.

We visited the Carlisle branch and were helped by Leon. Searching for a match for very old tiles and Leon knew exactly where to go. Sorted us out with just what we were looking for. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If only all retail experiences were as good as this - he is a credit to the Company.
