Had what I needed and were really helpful

I would put no stars if I could. I ordered online and every box delivered was broken.
I am a 70 year old pensioner, on a basic state pension and they will not pay me my money back until they can find a courier to come and collect them.
I have sent them a video to show the damage and one courier has already refused to collect as they were broken. I would not need them collected if they weren't!!!!
At the moment they have £663.84 of mine and I have a pallet of broken tiles of theirs

Ok. But poor communication. And promised compensation not a thing. Spent over a grand with these guys but all promises broken!!

As a tradesman, I use Topps Tiles regularly and they’ve never let me down. The quality of the tiles is consistently excellent, stock availability is generally very good, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need advice or a last-minute order.

What I appreciate most is that they understand the needs of the trade. Orders are processed quickly, collections are straightforward, and if there’s ever an issue, it’s dealt with professionally and without fuss. The trade account benefits are worthwhile too.

Using reliable suppliers makes a huge difference when you’re working to tight deadlines, and Topps Tiles has become one of my go-to suppliers because I know I can depend on them. I’d happily recommend them to any professional tiler or builder.

Topps Tiles are a very good company to deal with they go above and beyond to help with any questions you might have with materials and products you may need to use for your up and coming projects and make you feel confident in the products your using are the correct product for the job and they check the batch numbers on the boxes so you don’t get a colour mix thankyou and I look forward to working with your company again thankyou Stuart Wyles

The shop are good, but online and delivery is dreadful. Another day wasted waiting for tiles that never arrived!

We were met with a smiley face from staff, even in 36°c heat!! Dani went above and beyond to help us choose tiles for 3 rooms. The shop has a great range of tiles on display. Really pleased with the help received to choose our tiles. Thank you.

David looked for the last order from last year to make sure we got the correct product and managed to match last years costs!!

Excellent i all time visit toops tile there is good quality

Expected our delivery of acoustic wall panels on Wednesday. With no communication I checked the tracking and was reasuit has reached the local depot and got someone to wait in. No delivery so I emailed customer service who have only said they are looking in to it! If there is anything issue tell me and explain what you are going to do! Another delivery could have been arranged to leave today and arrive tomorrow

Jo from the Byfleet shop was very helpful and helped me with our order which was very last minute so now our tiler can start on Friday .

I have been using Topps as a trade customer for some good years now
And they never fail but to bring goid service and satisfaction

Really pathetic customer service experience with topps tiles. I ordered multipanel end cap online from them. Initially there was no update on when the order is going to be delivered, after multiple follow ups, they delivered the order after nearly 3 weeks of placing the order. The order they delivered is not what I ordered, they delivered L shaped multi panel end cap however I ordered U shaped. Since last week, I am chasing with them to get this sorted but every time I hear from them is they will get back to me which has not happened ever in last one week. I would recommend, stay away from this company, they are not at all giving a good customer experience.

George was extremely helpful during our visit. He answered all of our questions with patience and real product knowledge. We shared our top four tile choices with him, and he happily provided pricing so we could make the right decision. He also guided us on the correct sealant and grout, which was a huge help.

Arranging the delivery was smooth, and Andy was supportive throughout the whole process. Both George and Andy were professional, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.

I called for advice as I had been let down by 2 tilers coming to price our job. We had seen a tile in Topp's that we liked. I spoke with Nikkie from their Grimsby store who was super helpful, informative, knowledgeable and courteous. She gave me details of 3 tilers that they have worked with. The 1st guy I called agreed to come that evening to look and price despite being fully booked for at least 2 months. He came and priced and has now managed to book us in for July. We went to the Grimsby store today, met with Nikkie in person, who continued to be helpful and went above and beyond to make us decide to place our entire order with Topp's as opposed to an alternative supplier. 5* service thus far. Highly recommended and thank you Nikkie for your help. Greatly appreciated - Emma

Nick was amazing! So helpful on multiple visits to the store. We were on a really tight turnaround and he made the decision making much easier with his experience and expertise.
