I placed an order and had issues with Evri delivering. I emailed and I was met with kindness, manners and understanding. A replacement parcel was sent and all I can say is WOW!! The quality of the fabric and the sizing is amazing!! I absolutely love the designs and the pink care bare hoodie is just lush!! I will definitely be a forever customer now. Thank you for all your help.

The items arrived today took such a longgggfg time to arrive. I thought the company was abroad but it appears the Merc kinda tops are printed to order, still given that most companies take about 2-3 days most to print them. The quality is I guess average will see how they are when washed. Thankfully all the items fit just about could be a better fit. The sizing chart isn’t the best it shows Xl etc and what the size should be the equivalent to but then at the check out in has in brackets the next size up very confusing. After I saw this I adjusted the size I was ordering.

Without a doubt the worst online shop I've ever dealt with.

Returns take three weeks to be wrapped up, hoodies arrived that are different colours to the one you ordered, if you order a smaller size a completely different brand of hoodie shows up so the sizes are different and you have to return it, absolutely everything is dragged out, nothing is efficient and the hoodies I bought from them in the end all got returned as each one had a problem with it.

Avoid if you don't enjoy stressing about when your money will be refunded, they are quick enough to take it, but will absolutely drag it out to return it back to you

I just received my first order from Topsycurvy. I ordered a dress in the sale and I love it! When I tried it on I almost cried as the back of the dress is longer than the front which is wonderful! Usually my behind pushes the material up and the back of dresses get shorter but this dress has been designed with that in mind! I am so happy I bought this dress.

Before I placed the order I emailed with my measurements and got a lovely and helpful email back with advice on which sizes of which product to order. I am thrilled and will be sure to place another order soon.

My second order haha I felt so confident last time and got compliments that I had to treat myself again.
So soft and so Neurodivergent friendly, soft materials lots of give.

I sized up this time on the pj pants for the hips but the rest is all good, and loved my free gift t-shirt.

In the past couple of weeks Ive purchased the purple smoke & purple dusk skater dresses, they are just first class quality, beautiful designs. Such wonderful customer service and the live shows are hilarious , such good fun with Jo & Nat which includes good advice to thank you x

I’ve been buying from topsy for a few years now and if I’m completely honest… they have changed my life. Not to be dramatic but before finding them I wore only black clothes, used filters on my photos and never photographed my whole body. Their clothing and the community that they have created has had such a huge positive impact on my self confidence. I now wear their colourful prints, don’t filter my photos and am now starting a modelling journey. Topsy aren’t just a clothing brand, they’re a family. It helps they make really cool clothes too! 😂🖤 never had any issues, and if I ever was to have one I know I can speak to Jo and Nat and it’ll get sorted. Couldn’t recommend or thank these beautiful ladies enough 🖤

I was excited to place my order and reviewed everything against the size charts available and believed the sizes I ordered were the right ones and everything would fit.

I have 2 items that are the same unisex size - one fits ok (though very long in the sleeves) but the other is tight around my stomach/hips. The T-shirt I ordered which was the same size is far too big all over.

I cannot return any of it as even though it's not a customised print (i.e. anyone can order the exact same thing), they state that all printed items are customised and are therefore non-refundable. If this isn't the case I'll be happy to be proved wrong!

I would have loved it if everything had fitted, as I love the fun prints and it would have encouraged me to order more items in the future.

Just received my order of 2 new dresses and some lounge trousers....I live in these now! I usually avoid trousers as my legs swell and I often have bandages. These are so comfy, beautiful styles too nice to see for us alt girls. This was my second order and when I can I will get more. The fabric is soft and stretchy very well made! Nice to have cool designs and comfort and often overlooked thing with us larger than life ladies!

I ordered a t-shirt which looked good online. Unfortunately when I received it the print was very blurry, nothing like the website photo. I contacted the seller to return the item and they ignored my email so I raised a PayPal dispute. They then tried to convince me to close the PayPal dispute (never do this, you cannot reopen a closed dispute!) They then ignored emails requesting information to finalise my PayPal refund (I had at this point returned the item per their request). Thankfully upon hearing all the details from me, PayPal closed the dispute in my favour and refunded me. But I could have done without the hassle.

Received my items today. I love them. Super fast delivery and lovely items. Ive just placed a order again. Highly recommend

I'm a curvy 70+ lady who loves to be fun and fashionable not fuddy duddy. I love Topsy Curvy clothes. They're well made, great designs, colours and fabrics. So glad I found them.

Absolutely incredible company and products for plus size people! I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and some cycle shorts and they fit perfectly and are so comfy!
Some other leggings dig into my tummy making them uncomfortable but these are brilliant! So good I've place another order, excited for that one to come now too! Thank you so much!

Topsy Curvy is my go to for literally all my clothes, since I found them just over a year ago. They are fantastic value and quality and so much fun. I'm running out of clothes storage space as I've bought so much. My orders are always dispatched quickly too. Would recommend this fabulous company to everyone!

I have bought quite a few items from Topsy Curvy… and I keep going back for more!! Their unique style and designs mean you can’t find such lovely items anywhere else, especially in the plus size category.

I have always found the owners to be lovely, approachable and funny… especially if you watch their TikTok’s! I love the lives where they show off new garments and let you in on upcoming products, you really feel like part of a community.

The passion that goes into their plus size clothing is second to none and I will keep returning for more fab fashion!

Cannot rate this company any higher. Their customer service is top notch, nothing is too much trouble for the team. Need help with sizing? Phone them :) full details of all items are on the site, which helps to know what size to get. Most of the clothes are super soft and sensory friendly, and fit really well. And pockets! Who doesn’t want pockets!! Will always love Topsy :)

Firstly, let’s hope they don’t delete this review as they do with other negative ones before they get friends and followers to write good ones..

I would rate less than one star if possible as this ‘brand’ is a rip off merchant. I ordered some items for a holiday and the sizing was way off (far too big compared to everywhere else that I purchase the same size from).. upon purchase you are forced to tick a box saying that you understand that PERSONALISED items are non refundable.. the items I ordered were not personalised so I was happy with that. Delivery of the order took WEEKS and once they finally arrived they were too big. Upon asking the brand for an exchange or refund I was told no, because they are personalised items. NOWHERE on the website or order did it state that my items were personalised.. infact, the whole business is a SCAM! Turns out they list items and all they do once they get an order is apply an iron on to a blank T-Shirt and call it personalised… completely disingenuous at the customers cost. Get yourself a cricut and cut out these crooks and do it yourself!

After reporting to trading standards, I was advised to raise a dispute with my bank, which I did! One of the owners then called me to argue and be rude down the phone.. absolute shambles! Seems they’re happy to rip people off behind a screen but not so happy when it comes back to bite them. Another report to trading standards as I didn’t consent to my personal data being used to call me to have a go basically, so a breach of GDPR too.

It’s such a shame that these people market themselves as a plus size brand, but exploit those very people. There are far better places to spend your money.

Updated: In response to the response from TC. You called me in July, and after YOUR disgusting attitude on the phone and constantly talking over me and trying to patronise me which caused me to put the phone down, I decided I was going to warn others about your business and leave a review. I too have a witness to the phonecall, and they were completely shocked at how I was spoken to. I wasn’t abusive once, so that’s another lie. In terms of your other comments, they have all been addressed in my review, if you take a proper read. It’s a shame you didn’t put the same effort into resolving my issue as you have trying to defend your abysmal business. You have my email address and an ongoing conversation if you had wanted to rectify this. You didn’t because you’re rip off merchants. I also never said I ordered the wrong size.. another lie. Why would I return items when you have told me multiple times I can’t have a refund or exchange? For you to sell on for more profit? I don’t think so. The chargeback was not incorrect and has been issued, thank god my bank are decent!

Just want to say your products are divine I’ve ordered 2 dresses which I’m waiting on and I just want to say a great big thank you. must have 13 skater dresses and I always match them up with shoes, bags and jewellery among my friends they are always waiting to see what I’m wearing next you have both gave me confidence so normal funny BUT professional always if I could give you more stars I would thank you both so much .
