Cannot rate this company any higher. Their customer service is top notch, nothing is too much trouble for the team. Need help with sizing? Phone them :) full details of all items are on the site, which helps to know what size to get. Most of the clothes are super soft and sensory friendly, and fit really well. And pockets! Who doesn’t want pockets!! Will always love Topsy :)

TERRIBLE.

Firstly, let’s hope they don’t delete this review as they do with other negative ones before they get friends and followers to write good ones..

I would rate less than one star if possible as this ‘brand’ is a rip off merchant. I ordered some items for a holiday and the sizing was way off (far too big compared to everywhere else that I purchase the same size from).. upon purchase you are forced to tick a box saying that you understand that PERSONALISED items are non refundable.. the items I ordered were not personalised so I was happy with that. Delivery of the order took WEEKS and once they finally arrived they were too big. Upon asking the brand for an exchange or refund I was told no, because they are personalised items. NOWHERE on the website or order did it state that my items were personalised.. infact, the whole business is a SCAM! Turns out they list items and all they do once they get an order is apply an iron on to a blank T-Shirt and call it personalised… completely disingenuous at the customers cost. Get yourself a cricut and cut out these crooks and do it yourself!

After reporting to trading standards, I was advised to raise a dispute with my bank, which I did! One of the owners then called me to argue and be rude down the phone.. absolute shambles! Seems they’re happy to rip people off behind a screen but not so happy when it comes back to bite them. Another report to trading standards as I didn’t consent to my personal data being used to call me to have a go basically, so a breach of GDPR too.

It’s such a shame that these people market themselves as a plus size brand, but exploit those very people. There are far better places to spend your money.

Updated: In response to the response from TC. You called me in July, and after YOUR disgusting attitude on the phone and constantly talking over me and trying to patronise me which caused me to put the phone down, I decided I was going to warn others about your business and leave a review. I too have a witness to the phonecall, and they were completely shocked at how I was spoken to. I wasn’t abusive once, so that’s another lie. In terms of your other comments, they have all been addressed in my review, if you take a proper read. It’s a shame you didn’t put the same effort into resolving my issue as you have trying to defend your abysmal business. You have my email address and an ongoing conversation if you had wanted to rectify this. You didn’t because you’re rip off merchants. I also never said I ordered the wrong size.. another lie. Why would I return items when you have told me multiple times I can’t have a refund or exchange? For you to sell on for more profit? I don’t think so. The chargeback was not incorrect and has been issued, thank god my bank are decent!

Bought a mixture of t shirts and leggings. Cannot fault this company!!!! Everything actually fits! The t shirts are hilarious my favourite one at the moment being the duck it one. Love these girls!!! Sizing weird. Tried sending back a christmas tee-shirt and jumper. They refused me a refund and posted back to me in the same packaging just excessively taped up.
Waste of £60. Avoid.

I brought 3 hoodies sized up so they would be really baggy and I love them all 3 of them I may as well throw the rest of my jumpers away as I now live in these and will be buying more . I love the variety of all the characters from my childhood that i loved and my favorite films growing up . the lovely stamp to let me know Jo packed my order is a nice personal touch . My new go site , to I absoultly recommend .

The dresses are absolutely the comfiest clothes i've ever worn. The material is stretchy & really soft. The designs are totally unique, which is why i've bought 26 up to now! X

I’ve bought quite a few things from Topsy Curvy now and I just love the designs! The clothes are always great quality and they fit me really well. I’m about a size 16 so the smallest sizes are great for me! Delivery is always super fast and if there’s ever a problem, they are really easy to contact and the issue gets resolved straight away.

Omg I'm so happy,I brought my skater dress literally a couple of days ago and I absolutely love it,I've always been a big lady and I've always struggled to find clothes my size, Im in love with the pattern ,it's absolutely beautiful,the material is comfortable and stretchy,the pockets are fantastic especially being a mum my children are always giving little things to hold, I'm so happy I brought the purple dusk skater dress (purple is my fav colour) ,it's so beautiful,thank you so much ,I will be buying more 💜

So I kept seeing ads on Facebook for this company and although I rarely buy from Facebook I thought I’d give it a try and WOW am I glad i took the plunge!!

For years I’ve had to use yours clothing which although a nice company with a wide range, doesnt really cater for larger people with slightly alternative tastes!

Not only does this company do that the quality of the clothing is AMAZING!! So soft and so stretchy and just utterly beautiful I love the designs and the lengths are great too! They just fit perfectly!! I am so so so impressed and finally I can wear my kind of style and feel like me again!

They’re quite expensive not doing to lie but so worth every penny as I’m going to wear mine till they literally fall apart I literally bought more as soon as I opened mine and tried them on, not only that my daughter saw me trying them on and loved them so much she’s also bought some dresses too! Well done Topsy curvy you have absolutely nailed it!!! Xx

I am 63 years young and love the dress's my daughter introduced me to this company. I get compliments wherever i go. So comfy and can be dressed up or down. Just waiting for my crimbo ones to arrive, couldnt decide to bought two .... well ctimbo goes on for a month right? Lol

This company is fantastic. Where do I start.
The clothes are actually true to size. Great designs and you can even get a custom print T-shirt. I have bought lots of clothes from Topsy and would highly recommend .
