I purchase 6500 RP for LoL(PC)

I purchase 6500 RP for LoL(PC), and its been 1 hours I still doest not get my RP, and customer service are AI replay, I could say this is a scammer website by 90% chance for what I've experienced.
In conclusion, top up experieced is ass, top up speed is ass, does not feel safety, only thing good here is the replay speed from the Customer Service Ai.
(Updated, I receive my refund, but still a very bad purchase experience, from 5 minute to 10min to 30minute to failed purchase, succesfully purchase is seems impossible here)

Fraud just for pennies purchase they gonna ask you for your bank card pictures with your drivers license pictures and other personal information dont buy anything from them protect yourself

Regarding the verification process you mentioned: TOPUPlive triggers additional identity checks for certain low-value top-ups (especially first-time purchases or orders from higher-risk regions) due to our risk control system. This requires partial bank card information along with ID/driver's license photos. This is not a practice unique to us—it is a mandatory requirement from international payment providers (such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal channels we cooperate with) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. The goal is to prevent stolen cards, money laundering, and fraud, ultimately protecting the funds of all users, including yourself.

We completely understand that uploading personal documents can feel unsettling, which is why:
- We only ask you to cover the middle 8 digits of the card number and the middle section of your ID number, showing only the name, first/last 4 digits of the card, and expiration date;
- All uploaded materials are used solely for this order verification and are permanently deleted immediately after approval—we do not retain or repurpose them;

Worst website ever

Worst website ever ! more than 1h to get an order done then currently waiting for an order since almost 2h right now and the pack that I ordered will end soon ! VERY SLOW service ! And they let me without answer for almost 1hour without any excuses or not even a small refund for the inconvenience caused. NEVER SAW THAT ! I will never buy there anymore, Next time I will got as usual on lootbar.gg, had to got on their website bc they was out of stock but will bouy earlier next tiome on lootbar !😡😡
