Hannah is excellent and listened patiently to me and understood the things I wanted to achieve with my transfer and gave me some good information. She has helped me multiple times over the last few months and has always been able to explain procedures in a way that we can understand and achieve our goals.

Chris Clements is my personal account manager at TorFX and I felt I was in safe hands with him from the start. He is very patient and concise in explaining everything to me and was always on the end of the phone or promptly responding to my emails to make sure all transactions run smoothly. Chris is always very calm and courteous, nothing seems too much for him, he is extremely efficient and very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone as well as TorFX as a company to work with, it is safe, reliable and trustworthy.

After selling our apartment in Tenerife I had a need to use a currency transfer service and after doing a little investigation I chose TorFX. I'm so glad I did. When it comes to transferring money from another country it's not something you do everyday and there is always that worry in the back of your mind 'what happens if it goes wrong'. Well I didn't have to worry. I was allocated a great account manager 'Ally Phillips' and whilst the process is relatively simple to do yourself - I had the added assistance of Ally walking me through the process. I've used the service on about 5 occasions as I wanted to ensure I transferred my money obtaining the best exchange rates. The app allows you to track exchange rates and set notifications. I have no hesitation in recommending TorFX.

Chris the aaaigned account manager was excellent. Responded very quickly even on Saturday and did a test transaction first. The main transaction was fast and the money was in my account with an hour or so. Would highly recommend and will use again without doubt.

To use the TorFX website to make money transfers is quick and easy. I have no doubts that the transaction will be correct as there are confirmation emails at each stage. I find their rates extremely competitive and can be “locked in” if a particular transaction needs several transfers to complete. If I do have a problem or question my Personal Account Manager, Adam Solomon, is so friendly and helpful it is unreal!
I would certainly recommend TorFX.
