I am not very good at using computer and have found TorFx most helpful. Adam Solomon does all the computer work for me. I have no need to worry. All my friends use the company as they give a very good exchange rate. I would recommend them to everyone.

Torfx make my life so much easier in my transactions. I know I could get a slightly better rate elsewhere but these and especially Adam Solomon are on the ball. The big thing for myself I can pick up the phone and actually speak to Adam himself or one of his colleagues, (no speaking to a machine). If they don't pick up I will guarantee they call you back. Any issues I have had is delt swiftly by Adam and rectified. Most of the time they make the transfer with in hours reaching my overseas account the same day if not hour. They keep you updated, for example any upcoming UK holidays and there offices are closed. All in all I trust them impeccably with my overseas transfers.

Our account manager was very helpful not just in arranging currency transfers by his firm but in providing general advice on managing foreign cheques. This saved us a lot of time and bother was very much appreciated.

Useless, a currency transfer I initiated with TorFX has been a nightmare. After immediately sending the required sterling amount, I thought all was good. Three days later, my bank in Greece had not received a deposit. I called TorFx, who would not accept responsibility. They sent the transfer, but at that day's lower exchange rate, which meant I lost 12 euros for no fault of my own.
I have cancelled my account with TorFX and will use another transfer company in the future, hopefully with a better and more customer-oriented service!

I use TorFX regularly to move funds: their FX rates are highly competitive, and their administrative process smooth and easy to follow. I do about 15 transactions a year, I've never had a problem and money transfers quickly (and I'm kept informed). I'd never use my bank as a result - costly and slow.

We have had a Torfx account for about 20 years now, since we moved abroad. We have used the service reasonably regularly for everyday living expenses as well as much larger transactions for property purchases. The whole process is incredibly easy and the rates are always the most competitive. Apart from being a thoroughly nice guy, Tom Trevorrow offers exceptional service. He goes out of his way to resolve any issues we might have, making the whole process so smooth and simple. The online service is easy to use, and we have recently downloaded the app which life even easier. Torfx gets 5 stars all round from us!

TorFX offer great FX rates on your transfer, much better than my credit card. There are no extra charges for the bank transfer or any commission. Staff are totally professional and extremely helpful. My account manager Matthew Meyritz made the process of paying for the deal online straightforward. So a great deal with great customer service. Why go anywhere else? I highly recommend TorFX.

Personal agents are available to answer questions and to trace payments if needed. I recently made a mistake on a transfer and ToFX was able to trace my funds within a day, and get them into my TorFX account in less than 48 hours of me providing the transfer info. They have competitive rates and user-friendly online accounts. Their true distinction is that their knowledgeable, caring, human agents provide an excellent service in a timely manner. No AI bots, no waiting on a helpline, just direct, personal service. Thank you Aaron for a first class service over the last few years.

Living and working as an expat, you need and efficient and trustworth service. Being able to talk to advisor and build a relastionship is icing on the cake. Richard Brock helped me for many years and I continue to use TorFX even thought I've repatriated and FX needs have lessened.
