In my opinion that place is a joke ,the prices are ok and the website is full of products but they never have anything in stock when i go there , Service is non existent they will hang up on you , leave you on hold forever or not answer at all . The store front service is even worst , get ready to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and then have to deal with an incompetent and obnoxious clerk that acts as if he's doing you a favor for selling to you .The few times I've been there I've left frustrated and without what i wanted .In my opinion i would never recommend this place to anyone i hate This is my personal opinion and your experience my differ ..

I give this company 5 stars. I am very picky when it comes to buying my precious metals. After monitoring other sites and comparing prices, this company always has the lowest prices. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. Product availability is prompt as well. There is zero hesitation when I am purchasing my metals from this place. I highly recommend.

I received the bars I ordered. shipment arrived intact. I certainly liked whatI received. I would have preferred some documentation on the bar. I know they are from sunshine mint. but that's about it,.

I was simply disappointed I couldn't use my credit card to make a purchase. I would've liked to have taken advantage of one credit card loyalty programs, that would've been nice. Ah well. Still very pleased with my purchase.

Very good service, fast shipping, box in a box packaging with a lot of bubble wrap to avoid damage. They tape coins in tube to insure they don't open during shipping. Pre-order ETA is normally displayed and I know approximatively how long I can wait before they send my order if one item was pre-order.

The products are excellent but the time for pre-orders is atrocious. It would be really helpful if they can provide updates or rough estimates as to when the product would be shipped out. I remember one of my items taking 3 months for it to be shipped out. I'm really reluctant to buy from them because of this.

simply did not know that orders were held for 10 days for new buyers..so delivery took longer and I was waiting anxiously...I called and they cleared it up....Would have been nice to know ahead of time...did not see this indicated anywhere..Otherwise OK...will be back for sure...
