This is the best bullion dealer in canada hands down.
Prices are always fair. Shipping is always very fast. Best of all they actually take the time to discuss over the phone which for me is the reason they have secured my business. They always have the hard to find bullion i like to buy and always have cheap gold bars. The free shipping over 500$ is a must and the fact it is well packaged and insured is why they are the best in my eyes.

Bad call
The friction came with the service rep. My question was simple: "Roughly when can I expect the coins?". After a long pause, I heard: "We don't know when that coin will be in." I just wanted a ballpark estimate. None was given. So after getting off the phone and my money safely in Toronto Gold Bullion's hands I was told to wait with no estimate when the shipment will arrive. It eventually did arrive 3 months later and it was as expected. The coins were good and properly secured. I'm not sure why the rep was so clueless. But they were. This was annoying at best and unprofessional and rude at worst. There are better ways to get your bullion elsewhere. Consider Goldmoney for safe deposit.

Toronto Gold Bullion - Silver Purchase
I executed a medium-sized silver bar purchase through Toronto Gold Bullion, my second such order so far this year. My experience was excellent. After submitting my request, I was quoted promptly with the lowest spread to spot of any bullion dealer in GTA. EFT payment processed with no delays. Delivery was immediate. Staff were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I will definitely do business with Toronto Gold Bullion again and can recommend the firm without reservation for anyone looking to purchase bullion.

Great Service
I have made 15 purchases over the last 6 months. Shipped packages have been packed well including double boxing to prevent damage and ensure security. Pick up orders have been easy with no issues. I have only ordered items that have been in stock and have not tried pre-orders. The Customer Service Team have always been quick to respond.
