After enduring a horrible experience with the purchase of a device incompatible with Australian power supplies from an overseas company, I turned to Tortech. As I'm 79 and not overly techi, I needed clear and simple advice about how I might get the wretched device to work safely. The young man I spoke to at Tortech was excellent and very patient. What a relief to deal with an Aus company. Thank you Tortech. The device is up and running.

These guys are unfortunately hard to googling. I was lucky and after a terrible experience with company called WallNett, whose ads are jumping on you from every corner of the internet, (you can read my whole unbelievable story about this "company" in my another review), I found them!
Those guys from TorTech really know, what they are doing. They are not just sellers, they actually manufactured their products.
When I visited them, after explaining what I need by phone, They even put the transformer on measuring equipment, to show me the real numbers and make me sure, that it makes absolutely no noise.
After my experience, I'd encourage everyone to buy from professionals, who know what they are doing and not just succumb to ads and buy cheap scrap, which in the final can destroy your expensive device. And TorTech are the right professionals.
