The product is a perfect gift for Christmas holidays for friends. It is a small cake that is fresh and delicious! We received them quickly! Awesome traditional gift!

I made an online order last December for 2 Provenance 6-Packs. I only received 1. I have called multiple times and have not been able to get a refund or get the product I paid for. Beware, customer service will not be able to help. They don't return your calls. Even though the cakes are very good, I will not buy from their online store again.

This cake is so bad, no rum taste a weird chemical aftertaste. All the fruit is on the outside not even mixed in right. It’s nothing like it use to be and a embarrassment to any Caribbean island selling it! People buying this must have never made a cake in their lives if they actually like it! Thank God I’m Bajan and can make the real thing or I’d be crying now, I’ve had Irish butter rum cake that tasted 100 times better than this.

These Delicious Cakes! I have ordered Tortuga Rum Cakes for years as gifts and for myself. I recently placed a gift order and more cakes were delivered than what was ordered and paid for. I contacted customer service and within a couple of hours, I received an email from Adeanys, Customer Service Advisor. She apologized for the incorrect order and informed me that the 10 additional cakes did not need be returned. Wow! Great Customer Service and Great Cakes!

I can say that the taste of the cake really taste so good. I am writing this while eating the cake. I will order again.

So disappointed an embarrassed with the size. I bought and sent it to my son for his birthday since I can't be with him due to the stay at home order. In the meantime my daughter purchased one for herself. The cost was almost $30 for a cake that is so small it was embarrassing to send. I was shocked when I heard how small it was for that price. I entered in a date closer to his birthday of April 28 but they sent it immediately which was fine but not what I wanted. When I went to the site and saw the boxes all the cakes look much bigger. I bought the 16 oz size and was embarrassed when I heard how small it was. Thirty dollars was definitely not worth to pay for the price of that cake I don't care how good it is supposed to taste. I wouldn't buy from there again. I don't feel that size is worth the price.
