Great customer service
I ordered fox cookstation which arrived with a broken handle which seems like cheap plastic would expect maybe a rubber type of handle due to heat etc but obviously this is down to fox not total fishing. I have used total fishing for a while now and have never had a problem I reached out straight away about the broken handle and within a few days they had sent me out another. Great customer service and very quick to respond. Thanks

Amazing shop & the customer service is Excellent. Bought 3 rods & kindly requested the rods to be inspected for guide positions as they are a factory build. All 3 are perfect & thorough communication throughout.

Don't let this one get away
I try and use local companies in county who aren't part of a nationwide chain to boost local businesses. Total fishing tackle are my go to for larger items of tackle such as rods, reels, luggage, nets and trolleys as not only are they based in Essex, they are a great company. They have a large selection of items on line which are competitively priced as well as discounted items. They have even offered price match on certain items which are cheaper elsewhere, such as poles. They are reliable, have great customer service and delivery. I ordered a guru A class pellet waggler rod and digital fish counter,both discounted, but the matching method feeder rod was shown out of stock. I checked ebay and one left from Tft so guess they keep ebay items separate. Ordered this too as price lowered . Free delivery meant both arrived in 3 days, which suits me and delivery agent gave short delivery window which made sure I was home. Great, friendly, value for money, professional and efficient seller
