Great company highly recommend
I ordered some Navitas boots unfortunately Navitas has stopped making them total fishing tried their hardest to source them but they are no longer made in the size I wanted they kept me updated all the way through they refunded me immediately and couldn’t have been more helpful. Returns Process Awful - Beware.
I cannot recommend this company at all. They sent me the incorrect items, you are forced to use their awful online process for returns, you even have to pay for the returns yourself - which is against the Consumer act when the item is incorrect or faulty. The process is terrible for returns, it shows as resolved even when they have not received the item. Then the emails begin! Asking what items you have returned, saying that the items have not been returned. It is an absolute shambles as a customer experience. Lots of apologies and emails but no help, no link between the process on the website to return items and the people working in the store. I am out of pocket because they sent the wrong items, no refund, wasted postage costs. I would not recommend using this company at all, they are miles off it in terms of customer experience for returns etc. Just not good enough. Be careful when ordering online is my advice.

We would like to clarify that we have responded to you via your returns case to explain that, in order to process either an exchange or a refund, we do need to receive the returned items back with us. At present, we can see that Royal Mail are holding the parcel due to insufficient postage being paid on the return. Once the postage issue is resolved, Royal Mail will release the parcel and forward it to us, at which point we will be able to complete the return promptly.
We appreciate that this has been inconvenient and we genuinely apologise for the disruption and confusion caused during the process. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared internally to help improve communication between our online returns system and our store team.
As soon as the item reaches us, we will ensure the return is resolved as quickly as possible.

Great after care!
Unfortunately, I had an issue with a recent purchase - not down to Total Fishing Tackle but down to the manufacturer.
I had raised this issue during the festive period - an understandably busy period but I had been answered promptly by the customer service, more specifically, Larry.
From the outset, he was a tremendous help and kept me in the loop and was providing updates.
I’ve used the company for years and have never had issues and I will continue to do so.

A high quality of customer service ,always helpfull and listen to what the customer requires. E-mails are always acknowledged and acted on straight away. In general all probloms if any are solved the same day.
The couriers they use are top notch and orders are received in good condition as they are wrapped well.
