Star city nechells, parked at a allocated bay. Still given a fine. Quite evidently a really bad company just trying to collect as much money as possible. Companies like this should be shut down for good.

Worst experience parking in Total Car Parks, Dutton Street, Manchester. No cash at machine. App not working despite 2 Apps showing on their signage?? Telephone number automated and then drops the call after pressing numerous number to speak to an operative. CCTV footage of my vehicle driving in/out and after a stay of just over 30 mins but no CCTV of me spent wandering around the various signs, capturing the information required for payment and poor ability of the apps website showing Http// 404 error i then drove out of the car park only then to receive a £60 fine if paid immediately or failing that £100 if i dont. Horrendous car park and service.

Their system doesn’t function properly and they will pass the fault to the customer, they’ll still charge you for parking there and give you a ticket at the same time. Avoid by all means.

Unbelievably got a ticket for half an hour parking in a car park at star city where it is free parking. They have made up some rules they want you to abide by, that in no other car park in my life I have been fined for! Fair enough if you are causing an obstruction, or park in mother and baby or a disabled bay, but me and my friend parked up for lunch and were gone less than an hour when some clown rogue traffic warden for Total Car Park Management slapped a fine on for 100 quid!! When you pay it they rip you off for get this another 3.25 for "admin fee" - what a shocking rip off! Yes if you are doing something bad you would expect a fine but not for going over a white line - SHAME ON THEM! Will never use Star City or ANY total car park management car park again! Any of us who are thinking about getting a car parking solutions, we now know who NOT to us unless we want to fleece people napproporately! In which case maybe they are good cos you can get rich quick! We know who not to use! Poor customer service, poor dialogue and unfair immoral rules - even the council are not this bad!!!!!!
