Formal complaint

Formal complaint – suspected scam

I placed an order through totalgolfkit.com for a Mitsubishi Chemical MMT Putter Shaft on March 30, 2026. Since then, nearly every part of this transaction has raised serious red flags.

The order was placed on totalgolfkit.com, but the confirmation, tracking, and payment-related communication came from crossvic.com instead of an official @totalgolfkit.com address.

The tracking provided through track718.com did not provide valid shipment confirmation.

When I tried to contact the store through its listed support email, totalgolfkit.com, the email could not even be delivered because the recipient server did not accept the connection.

Instead of receiving a proper explanation, I was asked to provide payment details after the order had already been accepted.

The payment also appears under the name “Dihne,” which does not match the store name. In addition, the listed address appears to be a residential property rather than a legitimate commercial business location.

Based on the totality of this, I consider this transaction highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. If this is not resolved, I will report the matter as suspected scam/fraud to my bank, the relevant authorities, and the police.
