I've had a good experience submitting claims to Total Home Protection. I just go online. There were also times that I've called in and the representatives have been very good with handling the claim. They listen to me and find out what my problem is then they usually take it on from there. The contractors they send out seem to be good as well. They know what they're doing and are very professional. In fact, the last contractor I had was very confident about what he was doing. He knew what he was doing and he explained everything to me. He worked on my ice maker and my washer and dryer, and he was good. The home warranty is a good service to have in the long run and I've been recommending Total Home Protection to everyone.

Total home protection really is the real deal. Total home protection helped me in many ways get what I needed to get done, actually done. They are the best home warranty company ever! My washer and dryer quit working on me and the THP contractor came out and did there job with no hesitation! The payment and claims process is so easy. Great friendly service and fast as well! I would like say a big thank you to the Total Home Protection team for fixing my AC. I received great customer service from THP when I called and reported that my AC was having issues. My AC had been acting up for a few weeks, so I called the THP and, as an extended warranty holder from the company, they sent out a local contractor to me. The problem was fixed in no time. Such professionalism. I highly recommend.

I will definitely be keeping this warranty. I usually have problems with warranty either having too high of a premium or not fulfilling my claims but Total Home Protection made claim filing and approval so easy with a cheap premium as well! My house is older and is getting run down from wear and tear so I will be keeping my Total Home plan because they're so helpful!

Had a leak in my bathroom faucet. Total Home Protection's contractor came shortly after I came by to help. He fixed the leak, making sure that it wouldn't happen again by replacing the rusty part that was causing it. Their contractors are definitely a great representation and extension of the customer service team. Total Home has always had amazing customer service! I would recommend anyone who needs "total home protection" to go for Total Home Protection.

The customer service at Total Home Protection is unmatched. I had an issue with my brand new toilet, when I called, the gentleman on the phone explained to me how to prevent the overflow problem I was having while I waited for a contractor to come. This was really helpful because everything I was doing from YouTube and Google was not working. I was able to keep my floor dry that night until the contractor came to fix it. It took him a few hours because there was something that needed to be reconfigured in my fancy, new toilet, but he was able to figure it out quickly despite never working with that model. The amount of money it would've cost me to get a repairman elsewhere, or the amount of time I would've taken trying to return my toilet or exchange it would've been 10x the amount of money or time I spent with Total Home Protection. They saved me a bundle.

During a chilling 29 degree winter season there were plenty to complain about, particularly the heater and it's faulty performance. My heater managed to delay for 3 days with no sign of any change. That's until Total Home Protection worked its magic and sent me an amazing repairman who gave me a great quote on fixing my heater. He worked especially fast which was much appreciated with this weather.

I am glad I took out an extended warranty with Total Home Protection. When my AC stopped cooling this summer, I called THP for help. Because I had a warranty with them, they arranged for service. The contractor came out and took a look and found that I needed more freon. He filled it back up and I paid my deductible. What a great deal and great service. Thanks THP!

I'm very pleased with Total home Protection's customer service. Our air conditioning went the other day, so I called and they arranged for someone to come out. The workers were very polite and considerate and we only ended up paying was our deductible which was great. The unit needed more freon, so they filled it up. Thanks!

I was very satisfied with the services I received from Total Home Protection. My central air conditioning system stopped working few days ago. I called and spoke to Benjamin from Total Home Protection and he sent a licensed Service Professional to come and fix my air conditioner for me. He was able to detect the fault within some few minutes and he worked on them. He changed the filters, clean and flush the coils and after that he also checked all the mechanical components and ascertain that they're working properly well. I was well satisfied with the services rendered to me by Total Home Protection and I highly recommend them for all your home protection services.

I am really happy with the service provided by Total Home Protection. I had couple of problems with my appliances this past year. One was that my washer was not spinning and another was that my refrigerator was not working. So I called the Total Home Protection customer service department and they explained the policy and made sure that I knew what was covered. The service provider was timely and knowledgeable and sort out my problems quickly. The pricing and quotes were reasonable. Both of my problems were repaired by local contractors. Thanks to THP and my extended warranty for my home. I noticed I was having a problem with my fridge, so I contacted THP and told them about the problem. Sean opened a claim and arranged to send a contractor out to take a look at it for me. Best of all, it would only cost me my deductible which is very affordable. I had to call Delta Auto Protect when my car suddenly stopped on the highway back home. I spoke to Peter in customer service and he opened up a claim for me. He arranged for a contractor (tow truck) to come over to help out with towing the car away to be fixed. Wallace, the tow truck operator, was on time and quite nice. While waiting for the tow truck, Delta made sure a had a rental car take us back home safely. After speaking to Peter again, i was told my deductible would be my only expenditure. When my car returned home after just a day i was so happy! Thank you Delta Auto protect.

While washing clothes I noticed the washer wouldn't drain or spin. I flipped the breaker and still had no luck, I called Total Home Protection and was so happy to find out that my washing machine was covered. They sent a repair man out who installed a new door-shut sensor as well as cleaned out my pump skimmer. My washer spun and drained again and was running like new. I have to say I'm a very happy customer.

Recently, I noticed dirt coming from the sink when I was using the restroom. I realized it was a common issue in the house and wanted it fixed as soon as possible. I called Total Home Protection to use the extended warranty policy that I took out when I bought this house. Brenda was able to schedule a contractor to come over an take a look. The pipes were aging and have a little rust buid-up. He was able to remove the rust and the water was clear again. I recommend this warranty.

I am so glad we have a Total Home Protection extended warranty. We have been having issues with our garbage disposal and a few days ago it just stopped working all together. I called to see how long it would take to get someone out, and to make sure we were covered. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She had someone come out the next day, the disposal is all fixed and the best part, we only had to pay the deductible. Very satisfied customer!
