Not the best , Not meany jobs available compare to the most popular one and when applying for jobs and no one gets back to you to find if you got the job or not . It would be nice if they did, i Dont know if employers actually get the applications to start with

Mostly useless.
This site is mostly useless.
It doesn’t understand the difference between a traditional (construction) architect and a landscape architect or a data or enterprise architect. It also doesn’t understand the difference between a design manager, project manager or a site manager.
It doesn’t understand the difference between a an architect or a technician/technologist or an assistant.
It also keeps offering me engineering roles.
Most of the architect roles it offers are in an entirely different industry!
It’s not completely wrong all the time, but it’s mostly wrong most of the time which makes it predominantly a waste of time.

Excellent customer service on a technical issue
Encountered a weird technical problem when trying to upload a new CV and set this as default on my account.
Reached out to Totaljobs via their live chat option and was contacted by a very helpful and friendly support consultant (Aimen) who helped try to troubleshoot the issue not only via live chat but also via a subsequent telephone call.
Aimen's instructions were clear and straightforward and they were easily able to identify the possible source of the issue and how to potentially rectify this in the future. Aimen was professional and friendly at all times and I really appreciated the help that was being offered - thank you!

Very good customer service!
My initial contact took a while to get things sorted but Adam in customer service couldn't have been more helpful. He fixed my initial problem and called back several times to ensure I had everything I needed to be up and running.
