More anonymity for staff
Problem solved with 10 minutes. The customer service rep had to go and ask a manager for permission to do something for me, which stalls the process in addressing a problem. I might suggest giving your staff more anonymity (within reason!) when it comes to fixing things. Otherwise, a happy customer.

Nice people, but a product past it's shelf life
10/10 for friendliness and anything else on the part of their staff. Sadly for Technical Permanent Recruitment in the UK, the service just isn't useful.
Adverts get almost no views and no relevant engagement. There's lots of low skilled an foreign labour on the site when it comes to both applications and CV Database, but never once someone that was worth a conversation. In over a year of being in an expensive regrettable contract.
ROI? -100% of the investment.
