Patient, kind and genuinely helpful
I called at around 9:17 this morning to follow up on an application I had submitted 21 days earlier. Unfortunately, my Three connection was very poor, and the line kept breaking up, making it difficult for the adviser to hear me. I had to raise my voice slightly just to get my words across.
Despite the difficult connection, the adviser remained warm, patient and professional throughout. She gave me the time I needed and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the call. She listened carefully, stayed calm and did her best to help me.
I really appreciated her kindness and understanding. She made a frustrating situation feel much easier and left me with a very positive impression of the customer service.
