Our engineer Paul Watson and his sidekick Velerie went above and beyond to get everything working and to 100%, last engineer did a dodgy repair job but it was fixed by the engineer today and we could not be happier.

Helpful, and approachable engineer

Brent called the day before to give an estimated time of arrival.
He arrived, and set to work installing our Starlink system.
He worked away, tidying up after himself and checked everything was working accordingly!
Brent was so helpful and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Total assest to the company. Thanks Brent!

Well done, Brent Hood from TSG

I live in a very isolated rural setting. The mobile signal here is very weak, and elusive. I was stuck with a very old, extremely slow landline connection.
Brent Hood search out a mobile signal - which wasn't easy - and installed my 4G antenna. Very skilful.

Chris Thornton is a true professional

I’ve worked with many engineers, but Chris Thornton is easily one of the best. We had several ongoing issues with our music and TV systems, and Chris handled everything with total expertise. He is incredibly punctual, professional, and has a 'fix it right the first time' attitude. What really stood out was his approachable nature; he truly listened to our concerns and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect before he left. If you want high-quality service and technical excellence, Chris is your guy.

Was contacted one hour before arrival…

Was contacted one hour before arrival so that was excellent and I could then plan my day . The installer when above and beyond- he listened to my concerns and worked around them and was so great at explaining things ! I can absolutely say this was a 5 star journey from start of purchase to the wonderful installer . Do not think twice about getting this great kit fitted and in my experience my wonderful installer made it a great experience all round Craig was brilliant!!!!

Kai contacted first thing to let me…

Kai contacted first thing to let me know his ETA that morning so i was able to plan around it. Lovely young man with pleasant manners and appearance. He explained the procedure fully before starting the work, checking at each stage that I was happy. At the end he helped me download the Starlink App and helped me with the set up. First class job from such a young man.

Second Starlink Install Attempt

Had an issue with the first engineer who came out to install our Starlink. He took a very brief scan at ground level and told us he wouldn’t install it, citing some trees.
I made a complaint and TSG arranged for another engineer to visit.

Kai was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about Starlink, he took the ladder to roof height to perform a scan, showed me the results and proceeded after I confirmed I was happy.
The dish is installed and despite the trees the previous engineer refused based on we are getting fantastic speeds and no disconnections.

Thank you Kai and TSG for sorting the situation out. I have increased the review to 4 stars

Superb service from Kai

Kai arrived on time and carried out a quality Starlink installation.
He checked I was happy with everything before, during and after installation.
He explained everything clearly and was able to install in my preferred location.
He took great care of the property and wore shoe covers when inside, conscious not to make any mess.
You would not know he had been to the house other than a superbly installed starlink internet service.
Well done Kai, thank you very much.
