Don't trustworthy.

They’re rude, they don’t keep their word, they absolutely don’t value people’s time, and it feels like they’re deliberately wasting time and mocking us.

Oh my goodness we had a fabulous man come to our flat. He was kind,understanding friendly and considerate. I know I got his name wrong on the spelling, however I'm sure he knows who he is...

Bad workmanship!!

Workman came to replace toilet and sink and flooring. He left 2.30 in afternoon with all his rubbish left in my front garden, the downstairs toilet does not work and is running water constantly and the boarding that he supposedly fixed to the wall, has not been fitted correctly. Overall not very good workmanship and you should not leave someone’s property in the state they did!! NOT IMPRESSED!! Complained the following day to be told someone would be in touch to correct this, not good again feel fobbed off

100% Satisfaction

I want to say a Big Thank you to Paul Sharp a TSG worker , he is so kind and considerate, I’m a pensioner not in good health
This is the second time he’s been to do a repair and he’s so nice
I rate all TSG workers who have been to my boiler issues , Paul just has such a nice mannerisms

They literally fail the jobs on…

They literally fail the jobs on purpose. Boiler serviced less than 1 month ago. And has now broken. He started off the conversation with the boiler was leaking gas. I knew it wasn't so has now decided to that another part of the boiler should fail instead.

I’m disabled person extremely…

I’m disabled person extremely vulnerable and the heating in my house very poor and TSG attendant many times and they done nothing at all, this is the worse company I dealt with.
And this issue is been going for the last 8 months and nothing done.

DO NOT HIRE THEM…

We have to suffer Tsg as its our housing assn' contractor. Theres always some hitch.every single time.last time he had a simple job but went to 38 instead of 36...really!! Today, the txt says between 12 and 8pm as its a half day to fit new radiator. He comes at 4pm with no radiator.he lives in bedford and knew the job this morning.not surprisingly its same guy who cant read 36 but sees 38! I tell he cant leave till i call tsg.he says he w3nt to oxford, then back to b3dford so had time to get the radiator on way.call office, put me to another, say put me thru to housing but accidently put back to homself, then transferred me back to start of call system.....25 mins later...the non radiator guy, lots of my swearing and non radiator guys left, im fobbed off...so, no radiator, cleared out room ready to fit it, no solid day or time...DO NOT USE TSG IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE.I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD NOT IF I COULD CHOOSE...please, do yourself a favour, dont

If “Luke” is coming beware.

I had taken a day off to be at home when a service engineer was due to come for a yearly check. Propped the front door open so I wouldn’t miss them. Heard footsteps coming down the stairs(I live in a basement) as they’re metal and noisy. Metal gate opened and slammed shut bit no knock or call to say someone had arrived. Went out yo find a wet footprint on my doorstep by the wide open door and a card in the letter box saying TSG had come and I wasn’t in! Went outside and “Luke” was still in his van. I asked why he hadn’t come in or knocked? “I heard you talking to someone you’ll have to reschedule” and drove off. I phoned TSG to be told “our engineer knocked several times”(a complete lie) and “we can see he’s been at the property because he took a picture of the front door”. Like that explains anything except the call handler was implying I wasn’t telling the truth. I hope you all have front door video cameras to help when this happens to you but I guess they only do it when they realise a customer doesn’t so they can behave how they like with impunity. Awful company who hire lying teenage looking “engineers”.

Amazing service

I would just like to say what an amazing guy Kevin is. He’s come out to fix my boiler but doesn’t have the parts but has somehow done a temp fix. He’s let me run my daughter a hot bath whilst he’s here and he’s going to call me tomorrow to check In. Why can’t they all be as lovely as him.

this is the worst company I have…

this is the worst company I have never used its start when my heating and hot water went wrong on the 8th of November u call to info about the problem they said we get to u tonight no they didn't turn up so I call again in the morning to get a update they said we will get to by lunch time so I wait no shows again so I call again then they will get to be by 1900 hours and again they don't turn up so I call again they said we get to u by 10 and again no show so I call again on Sunday morning they say we get u by 12 again show so I call again we get to by 1900 they turn up 1830 when the engineer get here he really wasn't interested in trying to fix it he not more interested watching the football in my flat so he changed the time clock that still wasn't working so he said it's the boiler he said it's still unwarranted so he leaves so on Monday I get a text message saying glowworm will be if u on Tuesday morning so I book the day off so Tuesday morning is here glowworm turn up and look at the boiler and there nothing wrong with it so they leave so I call tsg again to get a update they couldn't update at the time so I wait for a call back I finally get one a tsg engineer will come to yours at 4 30 he turns up within ten minutes he fix it . so next day I call tsg to put a complaint about how was treated and how I have lost out on money as I was meant to work on that weekend but had to cancel because they info me that I couldn't leave my flat so I put the complaint in and lost earnings I had to wait for almost 2weeks to get a phone call in the been time I get a bill from glowworm for the call out so I talk to them they ofter me 25 pounds what a joke they ask for proof that I miss out on work so sent some screen shots of a email which they ask so I do that a couple of days later that not good ehough my boss read the email they said no but the funny thing is that they never even read the messages I will never have them in my flat

I’ve had several issues with my boiler…

I’ve had several issues with my boiler and cylinder over the last year or so. Although Rowan has been amazing and helped with every issue! Over the last 6 days he has been out 4 times and each time has been polite and delivered an excellent service insuring that everything has been sorted for me! He is an asset to the team and really goes above and beyond

My engineer that came out to fix my radiator was called Charlie from TSG! He was ever so polite and considerate. He done his job thoroughly and was ever so reassuring. He was a great help and done a superb job. Thank you very much.

Amazing out of hours service

Had a TSG gas safety check 21/9/23 got home last night the boiler wasn’t working had no idea what or how to sort it , rang TSG at 9.30pm by 9.50pm a engineer Adam was here , the previous engineer hadn’t switched the boiler switch back on
So Big Thank You to TSG and especially Adam
