I ordered an Airpro 500ml Mini Small Air Dehumidifier from totalwarehouse.co.uk, but received an 'El Poquito' Mini Peltier Dehumidifier instead, both dehumidifiers look almost exactly the same but the Airpro Mini has great reviews and I think is heavier than the El Poquito. I rang customer service, person who sorted out everything was SARAH, she was very apologetic and helpful. They agreed to send me the correct order after I send back the wrong one, and SARAH kept an Airpro Mini for me under her desk because the were running out of stock. When the Airpro Mini, I discovered that the plastic bottom left side was heavily chipped, I think it thats how it came from the manufacturer, it's what you get at this very cheap price. Other than that it worked right out the box and started collecting water immediately, despite its very small size. You would notice that the dampness smell disappears in the room after 24 Hours. I took away one star because of the aesthetic appearance (heavy chipping), other than that the dehumidifier works fine and its been a pleasure doing buisness with totalwarehouse.

I would shop with Total warehouse again, they were helpful and the item was delivered on time.

Ordered heater easily on-line. next day delivery and product arrived in perfect condition. Very happy.

Heater came slightly damaged but customer service dealt with matter very efficiently would recommend them to anyone. kind regards Keith.

I purchased a Dehumidifier through the Total Warehouse web site. I found the site easier to use and check-out was straight-forward. I received regular updates via email on the status of my order. Dispatch was prompt and there was no problem with the delivery.

Brilliant ! Ordered late in evening arrived less than 3 full days later. the ordering process was straight forward and easy. The product I requested was delivered and fitted within 3 days from my online ordered

The items were delivered very quick., nice quality not shoddy second rate goods. Very reasonable prices.
On the downside my Email address and phone number were printed on the address label on front of the goods for anyone to see !!

My order was confirmed and then a second e-mail advised that it was ready for dispatch, then, several days later, an e-mail to say it was out of stock and no further supplies could be obtained and that I would get my money back. I have no reason
to suppose I won't and await my next credit card statement.
I did e-mail them to complain that the series of e-mails was very odd if they didn't have the stock in the first place and received a reply to say someone would contact me.
They haven't.

i cant sa how impressed i was with total warehouse i was kept in the loop with every part of the deivery from order recieved to order awaitinging despatch to order despatched and then given a text to ask if i was available for a morning delivery then an hr before i was told delivery was between 10.00 and 11.00 am best delivery experience from mail order ever what a change in this day and age well done
