Incredibly unreliable and fully wasted my time
Originally had to wait a month for my appointment which was ok and the first session we had went well but the communication from him was poor and would normally take a least a day to reply. However we then planned a further lesson with everything all agreed then he cancelled last minute and also stated that we should restart in the new year even though he said that it would of been weekly at our set time and it was early on in December. Roll on the new year and I message him about restarting our lessons and he said it would have to be 2 weeks in advance again even though I was supposed to have the same time weekly. As I was desperate to get on with my lessons I didn't say anything and had set it for 3 30 on a specific day which I asked my work to have off so I could finally continue on with my lessons. He didn't appear at all at the place we agreed as I stood out in the cold for 30 minutes with no replies of WhatsApp or regular text in the following days.
Completely wasted my time and has made me fully restart going on the waiting lists which are incredibly long at the moment. Was also very unprofessional in terms of responding to me and the language he used and lack of reliability.
