Dissapointed
Disappointed with how slow the service has been.. It took a long time for my order to be sent, and the tracking information has been significantly delayed. When entered into the shipping company’s system, no information is available, so I have no idea where my order currently is.
Communication has been limited, which has made the experience frustrating.

Your order was dispatched well within our advertised processing timeframe. On the day it was processed, we responded to your email confirming it was ready for collection, and a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link was sent later that same day. The following day, you contacted us again requesting the tracking link, which we promptly resent, and it was fully operational at that time.
We also continued to respond to your subsequent emails in a timely manner, and your order was delivered well within the standard shipping timeframe.
