Nightmare to deal with. Prolong the closing down of your account out of spite. Every time you call up different answers and different promises. They'll make it as difficult as possible to leave them, and to make things awkward won't give up your domain.

Made a enquiry about Foodhub. when the sales rep phoned it did not suit my business which I explained. the Rep was very forceful and wouldn’t listen. This was a year ago, since that they keep messaging and phoning even know I have asked to be removed from their database. If they don't listen when I'm not a customer I wouldn't want to think how they treat loyal customers

Ordered some merchandise. No sign of it yet but on the system it says delivered. Contacted them yesterday but got a message saying no one available to handle query (until god knows when). Most probably monday.

My favourite pizza place has gone to use this service in addition to Uber eats and deliveroo. I placed an order, received confirmation, then no sign of delivery. Called the restaurant and they have no record of my order.
Clearly Touch 2 success does not even have a capability to connect system to the client’s system environment. Only ends up causing stress both on the restaurant and the restaurants’s customer like myself. Most appalling.

I have been trying to close my account with this company close to a month now. And they keep draging it out and taking money from us even if we have stopped taking orders from the machine. Stay far far far away from these very unprofesional people.
Love to make promisses that they dont keep. "we have escalated your issue" "we promiss someone will call you back as he is dealing with someone else" "we have put this issue on top priority" all false promisses. I have written more that 8 emails with no action baing taken. My only choice is to now shut down the direct debit.Join if you want but they will make it next to impossible to leave,

Avoid this company at all costs
They are liars and scammers. I got a call from shaik Suhail Ahmed who was trying to sell me a foodhub service. I told him that I need to think about it before I go ahead. He explained this is fine and they will not send anything out until I have given them the go ahead. However he took down my details because he said he needs them to secure the deal. A few days later after the call I have now received a foodhub machine even though I told him I need to think about it. I have tried to contact this person via phone and email and have had no response.

After 6 weeks of excuses , nothing was working on the app. clients could not order, total stuff up. Once we cancelled the contract they marked the app with a notice saying we were closed for 5 weeks. Now 2200 clients get a notice saying we are closed for 5 weeks. Deceitful and spite full. Do yourself a favour and do not even think of using this mob for a second. run as fast as you can. Just read the reviews.
