I took over the shop on March 23, and when I took over, I called and informed it and then uploaded my information to the system. I have been running the shop for more than a month, but they sent all the money to the former owner. I cannot contact the former owner and I am in a very difficult situation right now.

Been a customer for very long time used to be very good company recently there services have become very poor. Datman took money without any explanation phoned them email them spoke to someone named azeem in Datman he cuts you off after few minutes without solving the issues. They took £130 extra last week and now no response. YOU CANNOT TAKE MONEY LIKE THIS WOTHOUT EXPLANATION ITS FRAUDULENT. Stay away from this company gone down hill. If you join they own your own website when try to leave they will make your life very difficult,it’s very stress dealing with them.....

This company will charge you for services they are not able to do. They charged us money for mobile phone apps and after 1 year they have not finished it Avoid using this company at all cost

I previously complained on this website as I’m owed money by food hub. I was given an email address over a month a go to write to and complain and I still haven’t received a response. Please can you advise what else I can do as the team are ignoring my requests for money owed for my business. This is so unfair.

Still have not had any reply from Touch2Success. Ask you to email them have done this every week since the 9th of March. NOTHING.
They keep putting me online, I never receive the orders, have had to tell my customers NOT to use the sight.
They took over BIG FOODIE, had a call about going on that site. Told them I didnot want to go on this site, but I am on there. Tried calling and emailing them have had NOTHING.
They are now trying to invoice me for something they should have taken out.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not read the 5 star reviews. They are all made up.
This company is terrible. They are scammers. Stole my email domain that I owned for 21 years, tried to hold me to ransom.
In the end I formed a new address and got out. It was the best thing I did.
Better off dealing with a Nigerian who promises you a huge lottery win!

I was contacted with an offer which I thought was worth a try, within 24 hours I cancelled by way of phone x4 people, email which they don't seem to be able to confirm and then WhatsApp, after which they still tried to set up a direct debit which I was able to cancel, Now 4 days later they are trying to get access to my website which I've blocked and am having to arrange an appointment with a lawyer tomorrow to put a stop to it all.

TOUCH 2 SUCCESS, don’t touch them with a barge pole, I have a new restaurant, they purchased my domain name with out my knowledge, then formed a website again without my knowledge, then contact me to sign up to them, domain name , no good to them, won’t transfer to me , so now in process of having to change my restaurant name all because of these scammers

I am a customer. I have ordered and this must have been through Touch2Success. However, I have no idea what the password was and cannot amend it or reset the password. Click reset and you get no email. What garbage is this program. So it is unusable - I now ring my order through. if you are a takeaway company DO NOT USE TOUCH2SUCCESS it is rubbish! You WILL lose busines.

WORST EVER!!! I tried to work with these guys and also with foodhub (they are the same company).
Four weeks until I opened my shop was when I contacted them and they promised a Pos system to be sent after paying a sign up of $200.. I paid the sign up fee and the first week passed and I didn't receive not one follow up message about shipping details they said the would get back to me and nothing..
Week two passed and they told me twice I wasn't in the system? strange as I have paid the sign up fee??
Then after the third week I called to speak to the manager and He told me my account wasn't created, I was furious and they told me my account has to be made now because of some sort of confusion on their end? Anyways... Long rant. But they still have not refunded me and I am not pleased at all.
