They never fail to deliver fantastic service. I've ordered tonight like I do every week, one of my dishes was spilt , so I reordered, thinking I'd have to pay, I would have cos not their fault. Within 15 mins
I had a new dish free of charge OMG who does that. Gutted that I can't give more star's. Absolutely amazing service, food, just all round amazing. Best around. Thank you all so much. Award winning food and service

terrible

I paid to set up an account which I was told would be active the following day, this was 2 weeks ago. Everyday I call the support team, I am left on hold for extensive amounts of time and then they say they can't find any of my information and someone will call me back, they never do. Can't even process a refund apparently. I'm hoping leaving this review will actually make someone take notice.

Have a broken terminal from day one and…

Have a broken terminal from day one and have requested it to be repaired or replaced, but all I get is an account manager saying that there is nothing wrong with the terminal.
I'm a very experienced network engineer (Worked for Lloyds bank and Halifax) so I know my stuff.
This terminal freezes up, reboots, doesn't connect to FoodHub cloud. Customers can't order, no notifications. If a customer can order, then it can take up to 20 minutes before it appears at the terminal, by then we've had text messages saying that we need to accept the order, that still isn't showing up on the terminal.
Customers who are in a delivery postcode area, are told they can't order.
Touch2success simply brushes the blame off and has done nothing at all.
This is a pretty shabby setup. They simply refuse to accept there is a problem.
I've been asking for the system to be fixed for over 4 months now.
It is now time to cancel any contract and send the terminal back.

OMG such a bad experience with them…

OMG such a bad experience with them guys please stay clear. At first the sales man tried to put in my pocket stuff I didn't want I ended up canceling but they still send all the stuff to me which I did not accept and they they have booked all my names on social media pages and the domain name !

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company, I was introduced to Touch 2 Success via a good friend, however, I would not recommend this company.
Back in March 2020 during the start of the first lockdown, I signed up by a lady called Pooja, she clearly explained how their system works and the pricing seems very good compared to Just Eat.. I was very interested due to the current situation with Covid. I place £100 deposit which would have got this back via marketing service using their machine, and that I could the machine to boost sales which using credits that i could buy..
I was told that the machine and flyers/signs would arrive within a few days. The marketing material arrived within days but waited and waited for the machine to arrive. In the end, it arrived after 6 weeks, by that lockdown had finished and I went to another company.. So i cancelled and asked for my £100 back.. I still waiting for that back and it is almost march 2021.. Terrible experience
Even the technical dept called many many times to set up the machine and guide me through this, but i haven't recieved it... this company is full of broken promises.... And I want my money back

Very very disappointed and Highly requested to every one not to join to Touch2Success.I have reported that my caller ID is not working and Printer is NOT working on 22nd of December,Still now they could not sort out this problem ,some of the technician called and telling all the bull*** what they tell to all other restaurants owner.
My customers are very disappointed and it's giving us Millions of headache and inspecting business badly.
You'll not find any senior management to report and you'll ended up with monthly fees and all the hidden commission.
So think 1000 times before you join to Touch2Success.

Worst service ever!! Lost money and Time!!

I enquired about the solution on offer and after an initial good call and follow up information I was good to take some time to review the information.

What happened next was I was hounded by calls and WhatsApp messages. before the agreed follow up call date. I have tried blocking them but they just keep calling from different numbers.

I have to say there is no way I would even consider working with such a hard sell company.....

I signed up promise of 0% commission…

I signed up promise of 0% commission but later find out they charge 50p per delivery "service charge" which can mean 10% commission on £5 order. I calculated based on my orders they would take £1k per month from my shop. On top pay for weekly charge for both system and card payment system. Your payment taken care by 3rd party which you need to regularly transfer manually. Menu had many spelling mistake indication people not English. Switch off items takes time next day manually need to switch back on. My experience has not been great put after long time like 3 months they cancelled. I have friends use their services without any problems so wish you best of luck. It's my honest opinion to help others whom consider taken out contract should know facts.

Truly woeful organisation with awful…

Truly woeful organisation with awful customer service. Ordered a takeaway through one of their systems. It was not clear and the order was placed with a different takeaway with the same name. Total value of the order was £66. They and the restaurant owner are refusing to refund even though the error was caught quickly and no costs incurred. I have been informed that I was one of many customers this has happened to. Every time I call touch2success I am informed that a supervisor will need to call me back and one never does. They play the takeaway owner off against the customer with the aim of not having to accept any liability. If you are a business owner or an end customer I would stay away from this business if you don't want to see your business reputation damaged or as a customer if you don't want your hard earned cash withheld even though no service has been received.

Tried to cancel my order about 40 times, they said my account manager will be in touch and never rang, yet the Epos system ended up at my door anyway after several attempts at telling them not to send it
