Touchdry were recommended to me late on a Friday afternoon, I called and left a message and half expected to get a call back on the Monday. Dean called straight back and we arranged an end of tenancy carpet clean for the following week.

Dean was very professional from the start. Replied to emails extremely promptly. Very professional throughout. Cleaned 2 bedroom carpets for my mom, and managed to get a large stain out fully. Both bedrooms left looking brilliant and smelling beautiful. Had to leave Dean with my elderly mom, he was just amazing with her so polite and caring which was reassuring. Dean is the face of this company. What a character, friendly, professional, well spoken and happy. The best word to describe him is "trustworthy".

The job was professional and he did what I asked of him. To my eyes the difference to our 10 year old beige carpet was significant. For the price done once a year makes sense. I wish I had thought about having my carpet cleaned professionally a long time ago and done consistently it would be in a much better state. Hindsight is a wonder thing after seeing the results today. Well worth the price.
